Always showing support to the team and having fun with them in things like post game interviews and what not. I didn't know until he went down that he was tied with Dame for my favorite NBA player. Just immediately felt it in my gut when I saw him laying there. You don't know what you got....

It's funny, but I think one of the things I'll miss most is him getting hit in the face by random NBA opponents. He reminds me of a hunting dog I once had who would throw himself into any kind of bramble chasing after his prey. Didn't care what was in his way. Always had fresh scratches after every hunt, and that was the way he wanted it. All heart.

Best dog I ever had.

I love the guy. He breathed so much life into this team. Things were looking so bleak before we traded for him. I hope he recovers fully and he can pick up where he left off.

I don't think I'll be watching anymore basketball this year, it's just going to be a sickening reminder of what happened and what could have been. But as my last post for awhile just want to wish Nurk a speedy and full recovery. Just don't rush back, you're still young and I know you can come back strong as ever.

People process things differently. Don’t judge others based on how you feel right now. This fan base has been through a lot of bullshit over the years with Roy and Oden. Some people just need a break.

I just think these guys need and deserve our support right now. They've had a fantastic season and they don't get to take a break as they play tomorrow night.

For whatever it's worth, I am still planning to go to a game at the end of the year and I'm excited to go. I'll still watch every game I can, I'll want them to win all of them. My hopes and expectations kind of got kicked in the groin though.

My friend and my friends wife aren’t there for my entertainment. There is a give and take relationship. Dame and Nurk don’t know that I exist. It doesn’t hurt them if I don’t watch the game on tv.

They don’t get to take a break because they’re getting paid to do it.
