Bobcats have some Jerry Sloan-esque tactics going on. Super tight new rims and incredibly pumped up balls. I have no proof but the shit just looks weird.

So perfect.

Hahaha they look like they are reaching. Weren't they supposed to be #1 in the west by all the analysis from media?

It takes a lot to make me dislike a team more than OKC or LAL, but the Clippers have done it.

So perfect.

Floppers in the night...exchanging glances..wondering if there's a foul...what were the chances, they'd be sharing the floor, before the night was thru??

Yea Looks like they traded for a higher ceiling but loss some depth/consistency.

Warriors lose again. To Charlotte. Who knew Iguodala was their MVP?

Warriors most valuable players in order: 1. Curry, tied for 2/3. Iggy/Bogut, 4. Thompson, 5/6. Lee/Barnes.

Sac up 20 on Dallas headed into the 4th. Schedule matters. Back-2-back, vs 2 days off.

If Dallas loses to the Kings, the Kings are better than Portland!1!!

Chicago is a strong frontrunner to sign D.J Augustin, league sources told Yahoo. After Toronto release, clears waivers Wednesday at 5 pm.

How does that work? I thought the teams with the worst records get first shot at him.

So he has 10 THIS season and only 16 in his WHOLE career. Damn! I predict he gets 25 for the year. I'll take that.

Pretty effin' amazing. He may top the list of budget contracts (non-rookies) this year.

Correct, if you want to pay his contract salary. If he clears waivers, he is now a free agent and can sign a minimum deal with whoever he wants while still getting paid his original contract from TOR.

are we under the cap?

@ESPNSteinLine
Trade of John Salmons to Toronto means only two players left in entire NBA are legitimately at risk to be amnestied: C. Boozer & K. Perkins

Edit: Damn, beat me to it El

@ESPNSteinLine

Nope--over by a few mill.

EDIT: Depending on who you trust, it's either 3.9M over (StoryTeller), 4.02M over (BB-ref) or about 2.5M over (hoopshype). HoopsHype doesn't have LMA's incentives in there, so I'm guessing they're low, and it's the ~4M over rather than the 2.5M

Perk not being amnestied is probably a bigger eff you by OKC to not let him pick up some extra cash after dogging it for them than anything else. ;)
