I like Baze, seems like a genuinely good guy, looking forward to watching him this season, I really have not watched him play at all other than highlights.

Sounds like a guy that would resign with us if we traded for him :dunno:

Of course he would resign. He isn’t a top tier player and probably not even the tier below. Still a very good forward who could contribute on a winning team and I wouldn’t mind him here for a good price. I feel like Kevin Love would be a better choice though, despite his contract.

That deal is a bargain for a motivated Draymond. I mean, Milsap and Horford both got 30 mil + on their last deals and they were well into their 30s.

Horford just this summer signed a 4yr, 100 mil deal and he's 4yrs older than Green.

Ah let's put this one at the top of the "Games I won't be watching" category. Man those LA teams and the media hype is going to be obnoxious this year.
You sir are out of your god damned mind! That shit is going to be amazing! Almost an All Star game that actually means something. The hype will be much deserved.

Agreed to a point. I will be watching with satisfaction as the L@kers shiny new toy gets wrecked by the 2nd class Clippers.

Man, I don't know. Bro, AD,Boogie,Kuz and Danny Green? Thats a pretty good line up, you ask me. I understand they have to go to the bench at times, but those are some weapons.

The biggest problem the Lakers have is that they might have to go to the bench quite often - first, given the mileage on Bron and the general fragility of AD - either one of these could be out for a long time - or at least, load managed to hell. I have nothing against Boogie - but he is even more of a health concern and quite frankly - a liability against a lot of the newer lineups the NBA runs nowadays.

In a perfect world for them - these 5 are available for every game and can go balls out all the time and Boogie regains a lot of the athletic ability he had before the injuries so he just looks slow instead of stuck in molasses. In reality - I think the Clippers are built much better for the modern NBA and are a lot more likely to compete night in, night out - even if they load-manage KL as the Raptors did last year.

The biggest questions there are if they can all stay healthy and if Boogie can be 80% of what he was. I'm still liking the Clips lineup better because they are younger and quicker. But yes, I will be watching those games for sure.

Man, Vince Carter gets a contract with the Hawks at age 42?

Maybe he can get an endorsement contract for:

I think Boogie might be the player that has missed out the most on all this new NBA money being thrown around. The guys numbers prior to the injury are TWICE as good as some guys that got almost $20M a season!

Isaiah Thomas.

He is two seasons removed from putting up 29/6/3. He has made less in his career overall (33 mil) than like 15 guys in the league will make in a single season next year. Cuz has made close to 90 mil in his career already.

Sure but, IT had what, a good season and a half....MAYBE 2? Boogie has been putting up near all star numbers (not saying he deserved to be one) for season after season.
