Even with broken Kyrie and hobbled KD, they're too good to be that bad. Dinwiddie/Levert/Harris/Kurucs/Allen are a playoff (in the East) core with a solid veteran bench of Temple/Prince/Chandler/Jordan

that happened a couple of weeks after he signed his deal. I wonder, could the Nets have voided his contract because of the violation? Also, I'm assuming the Nets don't have to pay him for the 25 games he'll miss...correct?

I believe his contract is still paid by the team but the money goes to the league office.

I read this piece and it made me wonder how players besides Curry and Hood have somewhat accelerated/resurrected their careers in Portland? Hood? Nurk? Davis? Aminu? Others? Anyway, Stotts is a very good coach, usually finding mixes and matches to get the best out of each of his players. I think the Blazers will, yet again, beat the predictions for this season.

If I was a 76er fan, I'd be stoked. But, from the outside, things are a bit unstable - Embiid's Health, Horford's age, Simmons shot, and Bench play, too.

BTW, I say unstable because things could go either way.
