with Butler going to Miami, it means the LA teams are sitting on about 75M in cap-space, praying for good news from Kawhi. If he goes to one of them, the other will be wondering WTF happened to all their grand plans. If he returns to Toronto, they will both be wondering

I don’t think they would. They would be like a much better version of Warriors, really.

Injuries could play a role but if all three are on the floor, there’s no way in hell they are losing a playoffs series. Not a chance.
Could you imagine how they would be reffed? Those three wearing the purple & piss? They can play hockey on the hardwood and never get a foul...

Makes sense since this came out ~45 min after 3

Free agent F Rodney Hood has agreed to a two-year, $16M deal to return to the Portland Trail Blazers, CAA agents Ty Sullivan and Austin Brown tell ESPN. Deal includes a player option.

Doesn't make sense to me. If the other deal he was considering was Boston, why did he wait until today to choose them? Should have came out yesterday.

Clippers wouldn’t be taking on Harkless if they thought they’d be getting Kawhi imo. So yeah it’s probably down to the raptors or lakers.

There has only really been 2.

Miami and LAL if Kawhi goes there.

Everyone else built theirs

I guess it depends how you count them. If you're only counting ones where the players have picked a destination to form a superteam, I'd say you now have to add the Nets to the list. I'd also put the Durant move to the Warriors in that category even though they had three legs of their stars already in place. Durant choosing to go there moved them to being prohibitive favorites for two seasons.

Okay, I'll admit it, I'm just ticked that the Blazers never benefit from that kind of actions.

Kawhi is going to the Lakers according to that RDA guy. Let’s wait and see...
