I'm not going with names but just positions.

Immediate needs - WR, IOL, pass-rusher
Other needs - CB (not REALLY a need but it depends on what we do with Jimmy Smith), RB (depending if we keep Ingram long-term which I'm not TOO sure to be the case), ILB (most underrated need for us)
I kinda thought you guys needed a slot receiver pretty bad. Your TE’s all kind of played defacto slot. Maybe Im miss reading that though.

You're not. Andrews in particular is one of Lamar's go-to guys anyway. He actually reminds me of Pitta in the sense that he's a WR in a TE's body. Hollywood's quickness and route-running should have him in the slot more often but idk. The other receivers, as a whole, aren't doing enough for me.

MAYBE Boykin could develop but I'm not gonna pass up on an opportunity to pick from a litter of receivers in supposedly one of the best WR draft classes just to hope and see that he develops into a legit #2.

Y’all need to trade up and get Shenault

Two LB’s! (Was it weird not having Matthews, I thought it was weird). I like Sharps speed, all that seemed pretty perfect, so Id be shocked if that all happened lol.

I know. It does seem perfect. I think ILB Kwiatkoski and NT Pierce would be my likely scenario for revamping our defense further this FA period.

That would be awesome if it happened like that since this draft is deep in WR and OT talent. Our team would have more options during the draft.

Possible contract extension with Aaron Jones on the horizon as well.

Is the difference incentives? Im confused.
That's my guess. It kinda reads like $62M of the $91M is fully guaranteed while the other $29M is somewhat guaranteed.

Okay, it says $91 million in guarantees with $62 million of that fully guaranteed. Whatever that means, lol.

Usually the difference in "guaranteed" and "fully guaranteed" is money guaranteed against injury. So it isn't guaranteed if the team just cuts him for performance-related issues or personal issues, but if he's injured (can't pass a physical), the money is guaranteed.

I'm surprised that Tennessee gave Tannehill a multi-year deal with so much guaranteed. If I were them, I'd have franchised him and seen whether he could reproduce his seasonal stats with them from last year.

It sounds like the Titans may franchise tag Derrick Henry.

2020 NFL free agency: Biggest takeaways from Sunday's moves

1) The Titans were smart to get Ryan Tannehill's contract done, even if the terms were surprising. Tannehill's ability to secure $62 million fully guaranteed on a four-year contract is proof that he was never going anywhere. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported all along that the Titans were determined to bring back Tannehill and this contract shows it. Tom Brady was never their primary option.

The contract is essentially for two years and $62 million with a strong likelihood it's a three-year deal unless Tannehill totally tanks in 2020. Rapoport reported via a source that the third year of Tannehill's deal will be guaranteed by the fifth day of the 2021 league year, meaning that the Titans could only avoid paying it if they decide to completely give up on Tannehill next offseason at a considerable cost. It's a lot like a better version -- for Tannehill -- of Nick Foles' contract with the Jaguars.
