Not too often you can say this, but Lebron got absolutely jobbed on a foul call just now.

Yep, and the T in response. That was totally playing up to the crowds by the refs.

Uh-oh--Lebron's only 10-17 this game. gonna need to be careful in the 4th or he'll lose his 60% streak.

By the way, does anyone else take pride in the fact that the Heat's visit to Portland is still Lebron's only game under 20 points all season, and also the only time all year he's shot under 40% in a game?

did you see where Westbrook pulled a Andre Miller (on Blake Griffin) on Chalmers in the 4th?

Sadly no--the wife came home from work and took over the TV (no argument since the Blazers weren't playing, and she hates Lebron).

Probably a good thing though, since I already despise Westbrook--seeing something like that might have put me over the edge...

Garnett going to retire? He's saying this year will definitely be his last. I might miss him. He's one of those players you love to hate.

That was a weird game. He wasn't looking to score. Very passive.

DeAndre or Dwightmare?

Btw, Dwight looks like he lost A LOT of mass in his upper-body.

The looming HGH testing -- is he off the stuff? It sure looks like it.

Hes been very public about pointing out to everyone that he's playing through injuries this season. That said, I think part of what is ailing him is a bad back, which isn't a good sign for his future either.

The Bucks and Kings have the longest streaks without an NBA All-Star representative- 9 seasons each

Really, KG is almost done and Jordan has gotten better every year.

Wow... imagine Boston if they trade KG for Bledsoe and Jordan, then turn around and trade Rondo for D12. Not bad.

Well, the Clippers would be giving away a huge piece of their future if they go through with this deal, but they'll avoid the inevitable near-MAX payday that DeAndre Jordan is going to want. I've never really been a fan of his game either. He's fun to watch with his power and athleticism, but that's really still all there is to his game. His young age, his physical prowess, and his rebounding numbers will ultimately lead to him being overpaid though.

If the goal is to win a title, then KG is a better option, in the present. You can plan for your future to a certain degree, but it's not like Blake Griffin and Chris Paul are old timers. This move would improve their chances of winning this year and help their cap situation in the long run at the same time.

Jordan and Howard on the same team? How would that work?

@Aldridge_12 already has 26 double-doubles, 2x as many as he had all of last season

HCP where the hell are my Lillard rookie/soph highlights? Your organization dropped the fuckin ball!

So any thoughts on the Bledsoe for Millsap rumors?

The bare bones of that deal are a complete steal for Los Angeles. It does beg the question of playing time though. Blake Grffin has only played 15% of his team's minutes at the 5 this season and 0% at the 3. Millsap, on the other hand, has played 0% of his team's minutes at the 5 and only 3% at the 3. Based on those numbers, as well as the way both plays are effective, it's hard to see either of them on the floor at the same time for extended minutes.

I like that deal for both teams. Man, Utah has a bright future IMO.

I'm just having a hard time figuring out where the minutes for Millsap would come in Los Angeles. Millsap is the definition of a power forward, and Griffin's most effective at the four as well. If this trade went through, you'd have two guys that are arguably "top 10 PF's" who can't really play other positions on the same roster.

I think they'll probably get a 3rd team involved. The Clippers are in a win now mode.

I just finished watching the Memphis/Detroit game (DVR'ed), and my takeaways from it have nothing to do with the Grizz but rather how pathetic the Pistons are right now.

I don't know if I've seen a team this bad all season long, nor have I seen a home arena as empty.

I also noticed that Corey Maggette has basically gone into retirement mid-season, and apparently coach Frank has a real problem with Jonas Jerebko, who wasn't let in the game til the final minutes but wound up leading the team with 13 impressive points in garbage time.

I have no idea how this team has 21 wins.

Just started watching the Bucks/Nets game!!!!!

Im not sure if this was posted but I thought it was interesting:

Stephen A. Smith on ESPN radio: Then this past weekend, at All-Star weekend – I haven’t’ seen anyone report it, so I guess I’ll be the first. Coach Gregg Popovich dropped a few f-bombs in Dwight Howard’s direction, during All-Star break. Now why is that guys? Because during the timeout, Gregg Popvich drew up a play for Dwight Howard, in the game… except when it was time to run the play, Dwight Howard wasn’t in the game, wasn’t paying attention, was on the bench in his warm ups chillin out socializing with folks, and Gregg Popvich almost went ballistic, and basically was cussing at him according to numerous people I spoke to since this weekend. So, all of that speaks to the focus, or lack there of, that the Kobe Bryant’s and others have alluded to with their comments over the last few months. You can’t have something like that. It’s an All-Star game and you have Gregg Popovich upset at you.
