Lmao about clippers. I see them going nowhere in the playoffs. They are so unclutch

This #3-5 race just got ridiculous. Denver, LAC, and Memphis all have 23 losses right now.

These teams have to be desperate for that #3 seed. None of those teams are good match-ups for eachother.

#3= automatic sweep by Warriors

Match-up wise, these teams are all pretty similar and should be praying for a Warriors series. The Grizzlies, for one, swept the Warriors in the regular season. Like I've said all season long, nobody wants to play the Nuggets. As a Grizz fan, I'd rather the Nuggets get the #3 than the Clippers, because if it's a #4/5 Nuggets/Grizz match-up, that'll likely be a Nuggets win. I'm much more confident about our chances against the Clippers, and I'd welcome the Warriors any day.

I'm pulling for the Nuggets in the West. I would like to see 'Dre finally get past the first round.

They really are fun to watch. I don't think I've seen a team run a ten man rotation this effectively since Hubie Brown did it in 2004 with the Grizz team that lacked a superstar but finished 4th in the West.

The thing that differentiates this team from that '04 Grizz squad though is their size. They have five guys 6'10"+ including three legit 7'0"ers, plus Kenneth Faried. They're big and deep, and they also have maybe the best point guard rotation in the league with Lawson and Miller. It says something when your team has a player like Andre Iguodala on the roster, and he's not even your first, second, or third gameplanning priority.

Grizz have no shot against any team without Gasol.

Also, best PG rotation in the league= Lillard and Maynor.

Gasol is not out for the season. He'll be available for the playoffs, at the latest.

And really, you'd take Lillard/Maynor over Lawson/Miller? Need to take the rose colored glasses off...

I would take Lillard over any guard in the nba and that's without the rise colored glasses.

That's not what I'm saying though... Lillard is clearly a better guard than any guard on Denver, but I'm talking about how they manage their 48 minutes and starter/backup guard combo. They know Lawson's strengths, and they know Miller's limitations. Combined, the two are just as efficient of a point guard combo as Paul/Bledsoe.

Denver runs that 10-man rotation, where just as Andre Miller's old ass is getting tired in the third, Ty Lawson checks in off the bench, and they don't skip a beat.

It's a really awesome system if your team has the depth, and this Denver team really has it.

I don't wish injuries on anyone, due to the Karma factor. ;]

I'm just a swell guy I guess.

In the short term, it's a close call. By this time next year, I think Lillard/Maynor (if we keep Maynor) will be significantly better. However, Paul/Billups/Bledsoe (and Mo Williams last year!) should be the real measuring stick for best PG rotation in the league. San Antonio is in the mix, too.

But how many teams have actually won with a lot of decent role players and no true star? I can only think of one recent team. Detroit pistons.

The league supports super stars and it seems Lillard is our only hope for one. For the future; Lillard is the best choice. Denver has a better two guard rotation, but miller has already made it known he isn't happy just being the back up.

Eventually that combo is gone; especially if they don't win.

have you read more than 3 posts by kingspeed?

btw, I don't know if he's (as you said later on) "clearly" better than any guard on the Nuggets. Lawson is a good guard, Damian is probably on par with him.

Can Lawson become a superstar though?

Dame: 19/7/3 on 43% FG, 37% 3pt, 86% FT, 2.9 TO
Ty: 17/7/3 on 46% FG, 37% 3pt, 75% FT, 2.6 TO

Dame is 2.5yrs younger.

Dre can probably go for like 3 more years with the way he plays, but Maynor is only 25. It's not far fetched to take our guys.

@ESPNStatsInfo: LeBron James is shooting 55.7% from the field this year. Michael Jordan's best FG pct in a season was 53.9%

Sent from HCPs Baller-Ass iPhone 5.......FAMS!

I think it's amazing that those guys can shoot such a high percentage while taking so many shots.

@ESPNStatsInfo: In 4 games since scoring a career-high 43 points vs the Heat on March 18, the Celtics Jeff Green has scored a TOTAL of 54 points

I'd like to see the Grizz in the 3 spot, and Denver in the 4, and then see those teams reach the WCF. I think the Nuggets can beat the Spurs, and I'm confident that the Grizzlies (healthy) can take out OKC.

Streaking Knicks up 28 against Grizzlies at halftime. And Gasol is playing.

It could just be me, I dunno, but Bill Simmons is just awful to listen to.
