Trey Burke reportedly will declare for NBA Draft ... His 3.0 assist/turnover ratio last season was the best for any Wooden Award winner

just reading a little on craig petties and his crew, memphis seems like a nice place...

One of the highest crime rates in the country. It is a very dangerous place. A lot of people get fooled cause the folks are so nice in the South, and it doesn't have the reputation (for some reason) that Detroit, Chicago and other places have.

I'm not sure if Burke will be better than Lillard, but I have no doubt he'll be pretty good player in the NBA. I'd rather have a chance to select Oladipo, Porter, Smart, McLemore, or Muhammad in the draft... but if Burke was available at #12 & all of those other guys had already been selected, I'd have no problem with the Blazers drafting him. With the way the rules have changed in recent years, I think Lillard & Burke would make an extremely dynamic duo on the court together for stretches.

Burke might be very good....... But Thorpe last year really liked Rivers and Kendall Marshall to!

Steph Curry currently has 261 3 pt FGs made, 8 shy of Ray Allen's record 269 makes in one season.

I'm watching the Spurs/Lakers game, and it's a whose who of who the fuck is that?

If I was the top team, I would want the Lakers to make the final spot. They're going to be a joke without Kobe.

Steve Blake is the leading scorer the LAL/Spurs game. Seems like joke of a game tied at 59 at the end of the third.

Doug Collins has informed the Sixers he won't be back next season.

Is it reasonable that the Blazers could fall to 10th? That would be amazing. The pick would have a lot more value as well.

Its possible. The difference between 10th and 12th could be very important in a draft like this one.

Oladipo maybe?

Man, the Blazers would be a legitimate contender if they got Oladipo and could acquire some defensive help upfront in trade/free agency. The potential of a Lillard/Oladipo backcourt is just scary in the longrun. Not just because they're two of the best up-and-coming players in the game right now, but I can see them playing off eachother's strengths and weaknesses well.

I haven't seen much of Oladipo, but the videos that I did watch reminded me a lot of Harden in how he drives to the hole.

I don't hate the Lakers as much now without Kobe. I would actually enjoy them winning the whole thing without Kobe.

Dirk Nowitzki is the 17th player in NBA history to score 25,000 points. The other active players are Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett

The Lakers' magic number to make the playoffs is one. They're in if Utah losses at Minny or at Memphis -- or if L.A. beats Houston.

Georgetown's Otto Porter will announce his NBA draft decision at a Monday, 3 pm ET press conference. Porter No. 4 on our Big Board

I don't even know why there's some suspense with that one. Otto Porter is coming out, and in the off-chance that he doesn't, he needs to see a psychiatrist before being allowed to suit back up for Georgetown, because his stock isn't going anywhere but down after this year, and he'd be insane not to hire an agent ASAP.

Also, does anyone know the latest on Faried's injury? I saw a few hours ago that he had a bad ankle injury, but I haven't heard anything since. Gallinari's injury hurt them, but I still wouldn't want to play the Gallinari-less Nugz. Once you take Faried out of the situation as well though, I'm pretty comfortable with my team taking them on in a seven game series then.
