Your source says it is legal, though there are some potential allowable exceptions.

And yes, you're right, technically you can sue for anything. What I should have said is, there's nothing you can sue for that won't simply be dismissed.

Shielded from liability
Employers will be protected from liability should an employee develop side effects from a vaccine, according to lawyers. Any claims would likely be considered on-the-job injuries and be funneled through worker's compensation programs. Also, employers themselves won't actually administer the vaccine — they'll enlist pharmacies and other health care providers.

"If your employee gets a flu shot at a local pharmacy, even if you have a 'get the flu shot' campaign, you're not assuming responsibility for that — you're not administering that," said Delphine O'Rourke, a partner in the Goodwin law firm's life sciences group and health care practice, during a recent webinar.

So the same people who won't wear masks are assumably the same ones who won't get a vaccine? Wonder who they voted for.......

If they want to get on a plane. There are too many entities that aren't going to want possibly infected people flying for it not to happen.

And an even bigger problem if a significant fraction of the population refuses to get it. I don't think the government will mandate getting it, as in fines/prison time if you don't--I think they'll just block certain functions for people who don't, notably travel but potentially other things. And they absolutely should--people who don't get the vaccine are working "for" the virus in a very real way, even if that's not how they see it.
 
It cracks me up that people will go out of their way NOT to do something, simply because they are told they HAVE to. Even if it is for the betterment of society. Baffles my mind.

Well, some of us don't trust this rushed vaccine with no long term studies to its efficacy or side effects. Waiting to see long term effects as well as complications after its administered on the general population. I'm not against taking it, but I'm certainly not going to be first in line. I'll probably be last.
 
The problem will be the anti-vaxxers and the conspiracy theorists. I know people who actually believe the govt is going to inject us with chips to track us. They are crazy mofo's but they also have a lot of guns.
 
That’s just it..... these nut jobs don’t trust doctors, but follow the word of their President as if it was sent from above. It just doesn’t make sense!

My friends who are doctors (and they HATE Trump) are skeptical on how well it will work. Some doctors I spoke with are excited, but the ones I know more closely don't really want to take the vaccine, even though they deal directly with COVID patients until they see what happens.
 
Biden said that there is no plan to get the vaccine out and into syringes and into people's arms?

I guess if you have been working and living life as normal as it can be lived..... there is no need to get it right? Or you are willing to wait. But for people like me who has lost almost everything he has worked for for the past 20 years...... I need this motherfucker to get back to normal.
