Nice! Now we can cut back ALL starter minutes to 30 and still put a decent product on the floor. And lose. And retain our draft pick.

Really? He is a good player but he isn't magically going to make us win 4-plus more games.

There have been a number of losses where a few quality minutes from someone other than Nolan Smith or Ronnie Price might well have meant victory for Portland - the Cleveland debacle chief among them.

Eric Maynor? I can get down for that. Nice little backup PG to have and Im sure will be much better than Price/Smith. If it is for a first round pick, though, then it sucks.

Orlando has traded J.J Redick to the Bucks, league source tells Y!

Can't trade a first rounder with Charlotte's claim to a future first rounder.

Can't be first round because we cant trade it.

Difference is we are hurting now. Our stud guys aren't going to be playing (as) huge minutes.

Thank God it wasn't a western team - him lighting us up twice a year is plenty thank you.

Well then I am very happy with this move. Does this eat up much of our capspace, though?

Maynor for trade examption is fucking BEAST!!!! Wow OSHley you be pimpin'

.@CSNNW has learned that JJ Hickson will remain a #Blazers.

he is restricted this offseason, if they want to keep his rights he will count 7 million or so i think? (2.3 million x 300%)

odds are we re sign him quickly, or renounce him

What the Bobcats got Josh McRoberts!!!!!!! That's even bigger than the Maynor deal!

They did away with those big cap hits on restricted players. There is still a large hit but it is not 300% Hoopsworld has him down for 3,351,387 if we pick up qualifying offer.

Before his injury Maynor was a very important piece to that OKC team.

Anyway, he INSTANTLY becomes the Blazers best bench player.
