Leeds had a chance on a penalty in the 1H of their FA cup match today but Piroe botched the kick. Then they go and give a goal away to Derby and trail 1-0 at the half. 2nd half, all Leeds. Final score 3-1. Leeds avoids the fate of other premier league teams to be upset at this stage of the cup.

OR: the keeper played out of his MIND. Piroe was actually good this game, which is kind of amazing given it's basically his first playing time THIS SEASON. I'm kind of amazed we came back, to be honest. Even under Bielsa our form in cups has been atrocious.

I don’t think it’s really an Upset that Brighton beat UTD. But it definitely seems like United are standing over a cliff looking down.

FWIW I don’t think it’s a management issue there. It’s a player issue. And I think Bruno Fernandez is a bum. Thats your captain… Dude just doesnt care about winning club football.

You ever watch Mark Goldbridge Rasta? “United Stand” or “Thats football” on YouTube? It’s insane watching United fans rip the manager and call for them to be out while letting their players slide. They wanted Ronaldo out, they wanted Rashford out. They wanted Ten Haag out, and then they wanted Amorim out. They used to batter Onana every game (maybe rightfully so).

United is actually a mess, they need a lot of change if they are going to get back to European play.

Bayern Munich are actually scary. Michael Olise is a baller, and adding Luis Diaz into the mix has really worked out well. I’m not sleeping on them in champions league. Even if they have that Bum Harry Kane.

I’m not sure you feel very comfortable if you are Tottenham, Palace, Leeds, and Nottingham. Looking at the relegation standings.

Burnley and Wolves looking likely for relegation. But with West Ham at 20 points and in pretty good form, that final 3rd relegation spot is going to be a battle. Nottingham at 25… I hope they don’t get relegated! Not my tricky trees!

Leeds currently 1-0 over Everton if it holds 3 points will tie them with Tottenham and Palace at 28 points to end the match week.

Looks like we will see some more team USA members in the EPL next year with Coventry doing great so far.
