Honestly don't know. Haven't really been following the Netherlands. This match is definitely the undercard to the France Spain semi-final. Basically Spain has just been the #2 and #3 teams in this contest back to back. England might not be in the top 5 (unless you only count their performances after they go behind).

Why doesn’t England run a 4-4-2 with Saka and Kane as forwards?

I haven’t watched much but they usually run a 4/3/2/1 or sometimes a 3/4/3/1
