Ay there you go Rasta

Perhaps this can be the start to a nice little run of form for Leeds FC

You must be right about Bamford because he’s still not getting any run. Could have sworn he played decent minutes and netted a few times last season. Even today 1-0 vs Cardiff which was down to 10 men, Leeds doesn’t make their first substitution until the 85th minute with the second goal coming shortly after it. That substitution did not include Bamford.

A win is a win, but we really should've done better, especially (a) given the massive share of the possession Leeds had, and (b) the fact that Cardiff were down to ten men. Still, new signing Largie had a great breakaway goal:

And no doubt you thought he was "washed" as well.
You’re definitely free to think whatever you want to. But I look at Bayerns drop off from Lewandowski to Kane as evidence of my argument. Granted they also lost Sadio Mane to the Saudi league.

Which by the way, what’s up with the Saudi league becoming so big in the last few years? Is it all about money? CR7, Benzema, Bergwjin left Ajax and is now with Ittihad alongside Benzema? Aubemeyang is in the Saudi league now along with many others.

Trossards 2 yellows gonna screw arsenal out of 3 points against Man City. If they can hold on to this lead that 3 points will be HUGE

I reckon the only thing that could mar Leeds continuing form soundly VS Coventry for Rasta is Harry Kanes performance against Leverkusen.

Thomas Muller the OG on for him, I hope Munich win.

I’m 100% behind these format changes.

The start to this second CL week under the new format currently has Dortmund on top of the table. Which while it will likely be short lived, shows the depth of the champions league.

There has been a good amount of shakeup in the European professional leagues too.

For those who don’t know, it’s like losing Dame to the Bucks. Only it’s Mbappe to Real Madrid.

Yikes. Sorry Rasta…
I had to laugh. It had been coming all half. We honestly didn't deserve to win that (apart from anything Piroe was probably offside for the first goal). But boy, that'll take a lot of living down.

Shocker of the week is Nottingham Forest getting the 1-0 away victory against Liverpool.

Very early, but that’s still a massive blow to Liverpools EPL championship hopes.

Likewise it is great for Forest fans as they watch teams like Southampton and Everton fight against relegation. Ipswich got a point against Crystal Palace today, which will be disappointing to them considering they were up 2-0 at one point.

Forest has done well in the EPL since their promotion a couple of seasons ago.

10 minutes until Munich destroy Holstein and Harry Kane delights Munich fans with a goal against a club likely to be relegated to the 2 Bundesliga.

Not such a big blow to Liverpool after all.

Timbers play Vancouver on Wednesday in the playoff elimination. Winner of that match advances to play Top Seed LAFC in a best of 3 series beginning on the 27th.

Son is my favorite player but Nottingham remind me of Portland

Plus I’m a fan of ‘Ladbaby’

Brennan Johnson has done really well since he was with Forest.

Chris Wood was the difference today. Nice to see Nottingham alive in the EPL.

Is a 5 goal loss by the Timbers as bad as a 40 point loss by the Blazers on opening night?

I have never seen so many botched chances. If Mbappe could have (a) timed his runs better, and (b) not missed easy chances, this game could've been at least 5-5 (Lewandoski missed a complete open goal at one point (Harry Kane would never)).
