I can't help it, I feel sorry for Wolves. Those were all excellent goals, though. Each of them the first goal the player has scored for the club, and two of them from open play (the other being Stach's screamer of a free kick).

IMO, You should focus your energy on pulling for Leeds and not on glazing Harry Kane.
Rooney is and will continue to be the GOAT of English football until somebody other than Kane comes along.

And sure… He’s having a great season in the Bundesliga where Bayern is more stacked with talent than they’ve been in a while, and the depth of talent in the league as a whole is lower than it’s been for a few seasons. Let’s see it happen in the CL before I even start to say that Kanes having a real season.

FWIW when it comes to the World Cup I am USA first and foremost. While we are generally mediocre, in the last decade we’ve slowly started seeing some decent depth on the USA squad. USA could get a WC win some day, I’m waiting for that day - even if it’s naive and won’t happen in my lifetime.

I also like to cheer for Japan and South Korea. The Asian countries play hard, leave it all on the pitch. Plus Son is probably my favorite player in the world right now.

Ive checked some of the box scores bro and it has been a rough one. Looked like they’ve played some good teams though. You’d expect the seniors to get the majority of the time. One day it will be her time and hopefully she keeps working hard and is ready to make the most of it when it arrives.

I decided to look at the matchup.

This is actually not a great bet bro…

USF is ranked higher than OSU in NCAAW soccer. USF strength of schedule is higher than OSU, same number of wins (1). USF’s only win was against a top 25 team, at home. 1-3-2 home record (are home against OSU). OSU’s only win did come on the road, but it was against #118 Utah. USF’s worst loss of the season - 0-7 to #3 Stanford. OSU worst loss of the season 0-6 at #38 Pepperdine.

No league action this week as teams are off for international break. UEFA WC qualifiers… Belgium needed to get 3 points against Macedonia yesterday but could only manage 1, keeping them second in that group and playoff qualification bound.

Yeeesh. Norway is absolutely dominating this qualifying stage of the World Cup. Behind Erling Haaland (@THE HCP ”That scary aryan dude”) they are +26 on the goal difference and after this beat down of Israel they will be 6-0-0 in the group stage.

England is 5-0-0 but their difference is +13

Closest to Norway in difference is Austria (+17) in large part after destroying San Marino 10-0 yesterday.

Norway is going to be a problem in the World Cup this year. If they keep this form you might as well move them past the group stage of the World Cup.

Players I’m keeping my eye on right now.

Isak - He will at least find a brace at some point this season. He’s had a shaky start with Liverpool. Sweden is struggling in WC qualifying. They actually looked bad against Switzerland yesterday. Isak didn’t even find a shot on target, and he hasn’t done much with his chances with his club. I expect him to get on the goalscorer sheet soon, and it’s not unlikely that behind it will be a M.Salah assist, as the Liverpool captain has had a slow start to the season as well.

Cody Gakpo - Came in big for his country of The Netherlands this week. Has also been quiet this season for Liverpool. The kind of player you can see getting a goal and an assist in a match.

I’m looking at October 29th Vs Palace @ Anfield and thinking that should be a beat down for Liverpool.

Marcus Rashford - Barcelona has been good since the Rashford transfer. Rashford is going to stay involved for Barcelona more than he won’t. If he’s not scoring a goal, he’s still good
for shots on goal, and occasional assists.

Michael Olise - He had a great couple of weeks but has been quiet since. Another player I’m
expecting to have a productive season with their club. Internationally for his Country you can expect him to stay involved. A huge part of the French team.

Still fascinated by the situation with Juventus. They have a serious log jam at the forward which seems to be hurting everybody involved. Jonathan David, Dusan Vlahovic, and Louis Openda. You’d expect them to score more than they have. They will probably have a game where all 3 of them score. But unless they change things up that’s going to mean a goal in the last 20 minutes of a match. I wonder how it would look if they ran a 3-4-3 with those 3 at the forward positions.

Oddly enough Leipzig is feeling alright after parting with Openda and Sesko.
