Yeah because reporting HCP is really gonna get me somewhere. I am not even talking about him calling me that anymore, I addressed you and the fact you obviously can't address what I just said. But I mean yeah it's the internet, get upset if you want

If we ban him and make up charges to get him arrested in real life, can we move on?

Though, honestly, losing all his likes probably hurt him more than any of that.

well it's not the shit part of Gresham, it's more towards Boring, Damascus. Country part. But yeah this part of Gresham is becoming shit as well slowly but surely

Bad assumption. How do you know that without trying?

SlyPokerDog has already apologized for not nipping this in the bud real time in the game thread. The mods here do a good job of keeping things civil, and the ONE rule they enforce is no personal insults. Unfortunately, they have lives (in theory) and cannot possibly monitor every post of every thread constantly in real time.

I guarantee if you would have reported the offensive post, it would have been handled promptly and things would not have escalated the way they did.

I appreciate the invite, I will have to see what my schedule is like around then. I work in construction for my father so sometimes big 2-3 week jobs come around and in the winter these jobs are super valuable given the fact that it's pretty stale for work this season and I know we are bidding on some jobs because it has been pretty scarce in jobs so far this winter

Yes it would have. I'm the person who sees the reports. I have deleted many of HCP's posts over his badgering of new members. I would have deleted/edited some of his posts if I had seen them sooner. I also would have edited some of your posts for personal insults. Reporting HCP would have shut that shit down long before it reached the point it did. I know this because I have done it previously.

HCP's first post in this thread was edited by staff.

Seriously, nine pages here, plus half the game thread when it could have all been nipped in the bud by reporting the initial, offensive post.

This has acquired a life of it's own similar to the KingSpeed vs. HCP bet kerfuffle from last year. I have a feeling we'll be hearing about this for months.

And yes, I know I'm contributing to the longevity of this thread, but I'm also TRYING to show how it can be prevented in the future by the proper use of the report function. It's there. It works. Use it.

Great, those are my favorite kind of follows. Makes it like I follow 630 people without actually having to do so.

I, on the other hand, basically tweet at RipCityMornings, and occasionally respond to other tweets that catch my interest.
