Man, I couldn't honestly tell you. Its been so long ago. I do remember he wasn't exactly the most honest person, and had a bunch of people pissed at him. Securities fraud, or something financial like that. The name stuck, cause I've had a buddy for many years, that has a similar name...

Yuck. I've got this trade and the Senate attempt to pass Trumpcare tangled up in my brain. Both of them must fail, but we're relying on very dubious people doing the right thing.

I don't really see why we'd want Carmelo. I'd rather have Anderson actually, who is a better shooter than Carmelo. What would Carmelo add to the team? We already have 2 very good 1 on 1 scorers. Carmelo is not considered a good defender.

I'll take Melo and his less guaranteed money (and shorter contract) over Ryan Anderson. Seems like Portland came to its senses and realized "hey, the Knicks want Harkless, fuck Houston, they don't actually have anything New York wants! We don't have to help these assholes."

Who would you rather have with the Ball in their hands in a playoff game, Melo or Anderson?
 
I would love to trade for either Carmelo or Anderson... both players are a talent upgrade and give Blazers a better shot to compete... you won't get better talent than those two with the assets we are offering in trade. That's as good as you can hope for without offering CJ. Again, I don't understand why so many in here are concerned about Paul Allens money more so than even Paul Allen himself if he is willing to make those trades... it's baffling
