he wont come here. i can see him going to the 76ers, maybe Milwaukee. i doubt he would go to LA.

Dame and CJ will be in his ear again. He has to remember that they were there for him last time. I mean, we haven't gotten any worse? WTF has he got to lose.

I think basketball wise Portland would be his best bet, but I also get the sense that he’s drawn to bigger markets, and playing on the east coast, closer to his family, would be understandable as well. Just depends on what he’s looking for at this stage of his career.

My bet would be the Lakers.

I can't wait for this to end. If he signs here, people will bitch. "He's done!", and Neil is an idiot.

If he doesn't sign here, "Neil can't get it done! What a loser! We're stuck in mediocrity!"

And if he signs here and makes no impact, it's Neil screwing things up again.

The line will be the same by those who want him now, and the guys who dont...

This is why we do not want Carmelo Anthony:

Look at those last two rows and think about what they mean. His offensive production used to offset his terrible defense, which gave him a positive BPM and a positive VORP. It no longer does. Now his offense is every bit as bad as his defense. It's not just the 10 games he's played in HOU this year, but the entire season he played in OKC last year. He is now a negative on both ends of the floor.

And for those who don't know what VORP means - it stands for Value Above Replacement Player, and replacement player doesn't mean an average NBA player, it means a 14th or 15th man you'd call up from the G League or pick up off the waiver wire - and he's WORSE than that. It's also cumulative (a product of BPM x minutes played). In other words, that -0.2 will just keep getting more and more negative the more minutes he plays.

Not just NO, but FUCK NO!
