Personally I think he has taken us as far as he can. I think he's out of his depth when he goes against the top tier coaches in the league. I don't think he's a bad coach. I think he was fine for what we needed from him. I just think we're at a point where we would be better off looking for a guy who can win the whole fuckin thing.

Yes i think Stotts peaked as a coach, his defensive schemes are very bad at times and whats makes it frustrating is no matter how good a player on the other team plays, you'll always see the same Defense on him, of course no double teams to try to take the ball out of his hands like every team does against Portland and Lillard. If you want to win a championship, you need a Coach with muliple defensive schemes, Terry is not that guy

Hes extremely mediocre and at times (ex. Game 1 of WCF) hes horrible.
