KP because he put the team together...That's a no brainer...Then Miller, Webster (for playing well while we were short on SF's), Howard, Camby, Batum. Roy doesn't need to be mentioned on this list because he IS our team.

Miller certainly has to be at the top. However, I'm still giving Nate kudos for learning from his mistakes. (i.e. not starting Miller early on) while also managing to turn positive results from the Miller PF blowout.

Pritchard for building a team that could survive so much injury, Miller for being awesome and McMillan for keeping everyone's head in the game, especially in the first third of the season or so, when it seemed like each week brought new devastating news.

Plus Roy for being great.

I managed people quite successfully for most of my working life, and I learned early on that you build record-breaking teams by giving them the tools and education and environment they need to win, and by giving them the credit and rewarding them when they do win.

It's pretty much Management 101 at any business school, and I really don't think there's a more productive way to do it.

I don't hate Nate, and think he should actually get COY for the job he's done.

Having coached I was just expressing the "coach's view". The biggest motivator for a player is giving him credit for his victories. Any coach/manager who assumes credit for a victory is a self-delusional egotist. Last time I looked, the coach doesn't even play.
