without an accurate count of homeless how can we determine the magnitude of the problem?
the fundamental flaw in your cost equations.
You rely solely on numbers and not real world street happenings. You will not entertain any opinion that claims anything different than your numbers. Im here telling you(again) that numbers lie. But you keep going only off of numbers and some of us will use the numbers in tandem with other facts to come to our conclusions.
The fact is, without an accurate count and review of the homeless, we dont know the true costs. One place might have mostly addicts as homless that will cost x amount. Another may have mental issues with most of thier homeless, which could be a completely different cost.
I will not subscribe to anything that says the cost is x per person because most peoples needs differ. One person may need a lifetime of rehab. Another person only 6 months.
numbers are often flawed and usually worked up to back an agenda. Anyone not acknowledging that and only using numbers to formulate opinions is very much head in sand.
