That would suck! The only reason I have Comcast is because the Mariners are on root and they aren’t available on ANY streaming service

they paid the Mariners well though, so the blazers probably want a check

I got dish sport package and I do get root channel. So to it's blessing to me. Right the Marnier play on that channel I believe Portland scorer and maybe seattle.

Funny thing is, I can pay for YTTV I can pay for cable (cable might even be cheaper, honestly), but I won't stand for this shit. These cable companies are trying to force their shit down people's throats so that they would go back to cable and kill off the momentum of streaming services. Fuck that. Streaming services are here to stay and cable companies better get used to it or adopt a new business model to compete.

We should pitch in for a group Slingbox. :Sly:

So all of you know who this guy is on twitter who posted this rumor?

I do have a hard time believing this. Everyone says Seattle will be getting an NBA team soon and it would be a guarantee Root Sports would pay for their rights. They can’t afford two nba tv deals

They will create two channels, one for Seattle and one for Portland. They'll call them Sroot and Proot!

i used to have YouTube tv and CONcast internet, along with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu (non live, but ad free) and a couple other things. it was much cheaper to switch back to cable and internet through CONcast. so i guess this doesn't really effect me.

the fees for Comcast are crazy. The best deals are only for new customers as well

I wanted to downgrade my internet and keep the same cable package and the only deal the guy on the phone could offer me cost MORE than what I was paying before. But I tweeted at @comcastcares on Twitter and they found about the same as I was paying but with downgraded internet. The fees and taxes are ridiculous

I'm waiting until there is an official announcement from the Blazers. If the Blazers move to a different channel I hope there will be better pregame and postgame programming about the Blazers because ComcastNWSportsWhatever has not been good.
If this results in no more postgame shows with Danny Marang, I’m all for it.

Just want to know if this impact Hurd, Kent and Brooke?

Shouldn't, they're part of Blazer broadcasting which is separate from Comcast.

Pretty sure when Wheels was the radio guy, he has a contract independently with the team so it doesn't matter what channel they're on.
