Tristan Thompson?

A lot of playoff experience and has played with the best player in the NBA. We'll see if he can get a ring.

He has one year of playoff experience (along with three years playing on one of the worst teams in the league). The only way he gets a ring is if he stays in Cleveland and continues to ride LeBron's coattails.

We wouldn't want to add a player with big time playoff experience on this team.

No, we wouldn't. We just reached a buyout with Mike Miller who has much more playoff experience (and success) than Tristan Thompson.

Thompson wants a huge payday. He's not worth it. He's a roll player that rode LeBron James' coattails through one postseason.

And we have two PFs that are better than him currently, with another two who could be better than him in the next couple years. But yeah, we need another PF - four isn't enough.

Yeah, and that 1-year of playoff experience will come in really handy three or four years down the road when we actually make the playoffs.

I wonder if CLE has the balls to piss off LBJ by not signing his friend and client. I hope so!

I see no reason to spend big money on this guy when they have Meyers, Vonleh, Ed Davis, and Cliff Alexander. It would make more sense to spend it on a sg or sf next summer.

Max money for a post player who doesn't have any moves in the post and can't shoot...

I like TT, he's the Wes Matthews of PFs. However, paying max $$ for the 4th best player on your team seems more than a bit crazy.

If we was interested we would already offer him offer sheet.

Wes is a perimeter player who guards the perimeter well, is one of the best 3-point shooters in the league, the best guard in the league when it comes to post ups and a good finisher on fast breaks.

Thompson can rebound.

I don't see the similarity.

Tristan Thompson is a clown. He's not even worth half of what he's asking for.
