OT ...Trump...beginning of the end?

Last I checked, Cruz pulled the largest vote total for a R Caucus in history. That's base showing up to vote principals of small govt not religion. People that try to pin the Evangelical label on Cruz are in for a rude awakening, his appeal is a coalition of voters.

Trumps while campaign was that he wins because he's a winner. That's over, next.

Go back through the threads this summer I predicted Cruz/Rubio or Rubio/Cruz. I think Marco will be president someday, but I think Cruz has a better ability to undo the obamination of the last 8 years without compromise. I also want Cruz selecting SCOTUS appts.

Actually Cruz, Trump, and Rubio had the most votes ever in a GOP Iowa caucus. Turnout was huge.

Cruz won Iowa because it was perfect for him in every way. That's reality and the way it is. NOW that doesn't mean he won't have appeal going forward...maybe not in NH but in SC and the southern states he will for sure. He also has money and an excellent organization and is a very smart guy. So he has a real chance for sure.

As for Trump, will you say he is done when he wins NH? Now I agree 100000000% if he doesn't win NH he is done, but I am not sure how you can act as if he is done when he came in 2nd in a state that was tailor made for Cruz AND he has a huge lead in NH AND he has good leads in other upcoming states. So I simply disagree on Trump's status currently. Lose NH and my tune changes on him, must win just like Iowa was a must win for Cruz, but if he wins NH he is right there for sure.

With that said I happen to think the Trump thing will wear off and he won't get the nomination, it will be Cruz or Rubio IMO, but today as we sit and discuss this he is still very much in it...assuming he wins NH.

I watched literally 5 minutes of her speaking Mess and had to turn it off. It was sad and pathetic to see her blame EVERYONE...like poor Hillary. I almost have no words to describe the sadness that is her standing up there like poor me everyone is always knocking me and being mean and it is all a right wing conspiracy. ZERO accountability.

Truth is though, that is why the Dem party loves her. That is what the party has become. Oh the man is holding us down. Oh the rich are holding us down. Oh everyone is against us.

It is NEVER hey maybe we need to get out there and bust our butts and actually earn it...NOPE...it is much easier to say the man is holding us down...government owes me and must take care of me and must give me free stuff...IT IS PATHETIC.

Best part is Obama has been Pres for 7 years now and they act like that didn't happen. They talk like we'll change this and we'll change that...Hillary talks as if a Republican has been Pres for 7 years the way she says we'll improve things for you. It is laughable.

The whole get in the corner and cry about the man and take no accountability and act as if Obama hasn't been in office for 7 years is comical.

To me that party has become the I cannot do it myself party...it is easier if I blame everyone and take no accountability party...the man/rich man is holding me down party...and the government should give me things party.

It is sad and pathetic and when Hillary goes off on her oh they are so mean to me and it is a right wing conspiracy BS they eat it up, because it fits perfectly with the we are the victims mantra that is the Democratic party these days.

SAD...

...lol...Chuck, I posted this awhile back...pretty much sums up what you're talking about.

Yeah...Sant is a Rubio backer now. Doubt it matters much. Funny how no/very few senators are backing Cruz...says a lot about how people feel about him personally.

Bingo! And if he has trouble "getting along" with his own party Senators, how in hell he is supposed to influence, deal with, and "lead" as the commander in chief?

Obama has recently signed his last budget deal where he got just about "all" he wanted which will also add a couple more trillion $ to the deficit with a majority Republican Congress and Senate.
This is where he is kinda (imo) similar to Trump- he must have some skill and know a little something about making "promises" and satisfying those from the other aisle to further HIS agenda......but the big difference between him and Trump is their expectations, philosophy, and concern for the well being of the country's economic and national security both at home and abroad.

A few words besides pathetic exposed Fraud....

Hillary at a podium, or on stage, looks like- She just found out what the entire world has been talking about ie, Her Husband found guilty of getting blow jobs, and they didn't come from Her, or that "say whaaaat" embarrassed look....., eg, "her dirty little secrets"....

brings to mind:

I make my living off the evening news
Just give me something-something I can use
People love it when you lose,
They love dirty laundry

Well, I coulda been an actor, but I wound up here
I just have to look good, I don't have to be clear

We got the bubble-headed-bleach-blond who
Comes on at five

She can tell you 'bout the plane crash with a gleam
In her eye
It's interesting when people die
Give us dirty laundry

You don't really need to find out what's going on
You don't really want to know just how far it's gone
Just leave well enough alone

Dirty little secrets
Dirty little lies

We got our dirty little fingers in everybody's pie
We love to cut you down to size

We can do "The Innuendo"
We can dance and sing
When it's said and done we haven't told you a thing
We all know that crap is king
Give us dirty laundry!

So now Hillary is basically complaining that Sanders is campaigning against her. Similar to her shame on you Barack Obama stuff from 2008. Some things never change.

...Mess, it still blows me away that we evidently still have so many voters (scary thought) that still buy her BS.

Her entitlement is starting to kick in.

Govt cheese is more addictive than crack. It will take years to ween people off the entitlements.

Hillbilly and Bern are selling crack and they have a huge following of poor folks that live off the free stuff, and worse are the well off folks that have been guilt conditioned to give away other people's money.

Yeah Ron, that scares the crap out of me also, I just don't get it. Isn't anyone REALLY paying attention to her ongoing bullshit?

Well Cruz did go to the Senate to shake things up, and he's not the only ostracized tea party backed official. Cruz all along has said that the issues we face were borne of both parties, and that can't be denied. Love him or hate him the guy has been consistent.

If he is the nominee, you can bet Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan will play nice.

...don't get me wrong, I realize that there are people who genuinely need help, I get that. But the majority of people on the cheese train are perfectly ab;e to work but instead are only seeking a free ride. And the sad thing is that these people actually think they are entitled to it and believe they are somehow better off because of it.
...and the only way you can give something to a portion of the population is to take it from another part of the population...and Tote, they are taking it from people like you and I.

...it's really embarrassingly pathetic how far into the abyss this country has sunk.

...and oh, btw, here's something else to make your day;

"Asked whether they would consider uniting the party by picking their opponent as their VP, Clinton said, "The first person I would call" would be Bernie Sanders.

Sanders returned the favor saying that, Clinton is "a hundred times" more suited for the Oval Office than any one of the Republican candidates."

...wow, just wow, have they no shame ?

Put myself in that class also. I am not a fan of Cruz at all. I think he is over the top often, the fact that he gave a 1 hour plus speech after winning Iowa is simply ridiculous, I agree when Rubio said that Cruz thinks he is the only real conservative and everyone is a RINO, and I also get very concerned that if he becomes President we will have the same thing we have had during 7 years of Obama...total gridlock and nothing getting done...except towards the right instead of the left.

BUT with that all being said I would support Cruz in a second BIG TIME over Hillary or Bernie (even though Bernie has no shot to actually win the nomination). I would be all in on Cruz if he was the nominee. I just hope he isn't because I think he would turn a lot of people off being so far to the right.

no shame and way too much ego........"gimme some more Cowbell"....

"I need more Cowbell"....

A vote for the Dems, is a wasted vote for another 4 years of Obamanation.....!

^^^hell, I'd take Donald Duck over Hillary or Sanders.

and Goofy for VP.....

those two would at least make sense, ....

Or Pat Paulsen.....remember those daze, I mean days, nah I had it right the first time......

Dear Abby,

My husband hasn't worked for the last 14 years.
All he does is get dressed in the morning and hop in his
fancy car to visit his cronies. I know he’s cheated
on me many times with young girls who could be his
granddaughters. I know because he brags about this to
me. He smokes fancy cigars and drinks the most
expensive Champagne day and night. We sleep in
separate beds because he’s always telling me he knows
I’m a lesbian - and my varicose veins and hairy back turn
him off ! Should I clobber him with my frying pan, or
should I leave him, Abby ? Your advice would be
appreciated.

-Mad as Hell

Dear Mad as Hell,

You don’t have to take that kind of treatment from any
man. I suggest you pack your bags and move out
a.s.a.p. ! Don’t resort to clobbering him with the
frying pan, and try to act like a lady ! Remember......
you’re running for President of the United States, so try
acting like one !

Abby

4 years of Hillary would be no different than 8 of Barry- Pandering to Iran.....

yyyyyyyyy.jpg

...Hillary got her ass kicked in New Hampshire by a 74 year old socialist...and it wasn't even close.
