The Russians/Europeans/Asians who come here illegally have the means to do so. They aren't the poorest of the poor in their country. How would they get here? They aren't poor, uneducated people living in crime and huts. They have money and/or education.

The educated and financially well to do latinos who are here legally should be the most upset for illegal immigration. Its because people just assume they are latino, they are illegal and bring the negative stereotypes to them.

We look the other way because they don't cause as many problems. Am I OK with it? Nah. Do it the right way.

BUT, The poor and uneducated, bring a host of immediate problems with them. If a bunch of poor and uneducated Europeans were coming en masse, it would certainly be a problem.
 
And the whole "who will pick lettuce and clean toilets" is BS. Someone will end up doing it. Its not like other countries aren't having it done.

Well my ancestors came here from another country. BROKE. Barely educated. Now generations later our family has college graduates, contributes to society, make great livings, no prison time. Funny how that works?

sure it is....my wife is proof of that. proud first generation American....and many agricultural workers get work permits ...when my wife took her citizenship interview in Portland many farmers were there applying for work permits for their crews...current climate has chased those folks home for fear of persecution...not legal status. It's a massive fuckup....and every country I've lived in imports labor forces at a fraction of what it costs the locals to do menial labor jobs they wouldn't let their educated kids do.

yeah because the English are such a vast desperate labor pool who can't wait to work in our labor force.....they are also getting forced out of their homes in Liverpool by gangsters and drug cartels.....hadn't thought about that

When Japanese came over as refugees from a country we BOMBED THE SHIT out of, most didn't have education etc. What should we do with asylum seekers?

Well, Brother, there was a lot of that when this continent was was being inhabited by the English, Dutch and somewhat the Spanish. Religious persecution was a big deal. A lot of others came as indentured servants, prisoners and sailors press ganged into service.
