Yeah, they will go after Hunter and thus him if they win back majority, but I don't think Joe will be blackmailed into Pardoning Trump. If it's the next Republican president, Joe will have served two terms, or will have been defeated and won't be running again anyway. The next Republican president if Biden loses, will likely pardon Trump.

That seems to be Trump's best bet. Don't run and back the next guy, likely DeSantis and get him to pardon him.

I have my doubts too. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump gets away with this and January 6th. I just don't see Biden pardoning him.

The January 6th hearings are background noise. The FBI's search at Mar A Lago is being undone by a judge and a special master.
