Are Cubans considered Mexican Americans?
Are Cubans considered Mexican Americans?
Are Jamaicans considered African Americans?
Yes, most Jamicans are actually of African descent, so they could be considered African Americans, or Jamican American, or just Americans

No. I'm not a mexican.
People,
There isn't a name for Black Culture, like there is Asian Culture, European Culture, Espanic Culture, Etc.
All of these cultures are comprised of several, to many, countries that all have different internal cultures.
What isn't right is not providing a name like this for Black people and considering all Blacks African, or of African Culture, which is just wrong.
And who has said that all blacks are African?
By claiming that Hispanic Culture is vast and African culture is not, Biden is doing one of two things....
Ommiting the balance of Black Culture in his comparison to Hispanic Culture, or claiming all Blacks have the same "African" Culture.
You choose.
Both are wrong.
Black people and considering all Blacks African

I don't think he was trying to say either one. I think he was saying that blacks born and raised in this country have a similar lived experience and that leads to similar types of political priorities. Which is still wrong, but not as wrong as saying all black people have "African culture."
First, he said African Americans. Second, what you just described isn't what you said in the post I responded to as you claimed posters said all Blacks are African. So again, which posters said that all Blacks are African.

Not going in circles with you. If you missed the sarcasm in saying all Blacks are African(which you took completely out of context again...)that's on you.
Quoting me out of context proves one of two things. You didn't read everything, or you want nothing but to argue.
Ill let you think you won and bow out of this convo with you.
At this point I'm debating those in here who think its the same thing to compare African American culture to Hispanic Culture when they are two completely different things.
I quoted your words. I find it funny now you are claiming it was sarcasm. Tell us minions how we are suppose to know that it was meant sarcastic as this is a constant problem with several of your posts. You speak in generalities and when someone corrects you then you claim something else. I didn't win anything but you were simply wrong.

Okay, I'll debate you!
I think they are not the same, you take the other side and say they are.
GO!
How does one debate what is already agree upon? The other side is illogical to me and thus I am unable to debate.
That's how you learn to debate better.
Oh I know all about taking the other side, but the other side has to have something to actually grab onto and take doesn't it?![]()
You'll never be a master debater with an attitude like that.
You are misquoting me. Read again. I highlighted it so you cant quote me out of context... yet again. Do you see where I said Its NOT right to call all Blacks African?
NOW, What is your problem? Why must you continually try to engage in arguments with me? You know we don't get along. You know it almost always devolves into a pissing match and yet you continue to try to engage with me.
I tried to take the high road and invite you to my house to a party. You tossed it in my face and said you will never speak to me or not ever engage with me again (dont argue symantics), yet here you are quoting me trying to engage in an argument on almost a daily basis.
You are NOT here for constructive conversation or you would know not to engage with me. You are simply here to argue and devolve things and then try to twist them into you being innocent and me being the bad guy because you have some crush on me or something. Your vitriol for me is taking over and its obvious you stalk me.
You simply can not leave me alone.
You seeing this @Minstrel[/USER]?
