Same here. Walton would be completely unnecessary and a downgrade, but Vuji**** just causes a physical reaction. No piss and purple on the Blazers. Hey, that would make a good sign too. I'd be down with getting Thomas, but Vujipuke would need to be waived or traded, ASAP. Sorry, no room at the Inn.

ESPN Insiders rumor the Blazers will be sending out Outlaw/Blake/Juwan.
 
Another thing is this will prevent Denver from landing Tyrus.

Hate on TT all you want but if a change of scenery is all this guy needs he's can be that annoying defensive player that Chris Anderson is.

Thomas isn't who I mind so much, it's including "The Machine" ... I can't handle the thought of that right now -- it's completely clouding my mind, and making it impossible for me to see the upside.

I'm not sure why KP isn't more interested in Amare. He has played a lot of Center in Phoenix and he is still a young guy. Even if Greg comes back full strength, I don't think we can rely on him and he could be our back up Center to Amare. Right now Juwan is playing Center and he is only 6'8.

Sadly, Juwan is probably a better post defender than Amare'

I think Thomas is a better player than any of those three, and I'm definitely no Outlaw hater. Blake is better than Vujacic, so the "talent adding up" may not be equal, but I'm comfortable with a deal where we get the best player, since the team has too many so-so parts.

Yeah ... I agree with my brain, but my gut just can't get over Sasha Vujacic :banghead: In fact if the deal was just Blake, Trav and Juwan for Thomas I'd probably be semi excited about it :cheers:

IMO, he who gets the best player, wins. That would be the Blazers in this case.

Negatives: Send out Blake, Outlaw, Howard; Take back VujaBitch

Positives: Acquire Tyrus Thomas (who Blazers fans will love, I predict); Get something of value for our expirings/redundancies (IOW, Send out Blake, Outlaw, Howard, LOL).

At first blush it may seem like a lot. But the more I look at it, it looks more and more like something for nothing.

Vujawhatever makes me ill. Oh, well. If it happens, I look forward to Mix's spin. :ohno:

I'm not sure how or why Sasha would be considered in a deal with Portland, but I'm not sure that he'd make any sense at any level (skills-wise, financially, "don't piss Ed O off"-wise).

I don't HATE Sasha (although I am irked by his on-floor personality)... I just don't know why his name is even being discussed with the Blazers.

haha.. yeah, I think if we do get Vujabitch, then everyone should be calling KP as kpee. And make signs at the RG calling KP as kpee.

It doesn't make any sense at all.
 
But Vujawhatever isn't the point at all. Taking him would be the price of doing business. Even the article made clear the Blazers probably wouldn't do it at that price (although that's probably just KP haggling for a draft pick).
