What else does he have to focus on this year? He's clearly never won in the NBA, and he makes it clear he isn't in the NBA to bond with his teammates.

In fact, you go on for the entire thread talking about how Miller not working out during the summer has something to do with him never having won a playoff game.

I'll worry about it when I sense it's a problem.

As of now, I'm not worried about it because a lot can change between now and Oct 28th.

I'm not usually one to defend others, but IIRC in that thread he stated many times that he was saying it could be possible that him not working on his game in the off-season could possible contribute to his playoff failures. Obviously that is possible. It was also a fact that Blake was working on his game with Oden while Miller was doing nothing. I don't see how he had it out for Miller or anything of the sort.

Actually, Nate, could you please post the responses of people like you who said that Blake working on his game in the summer wasn't working for him, either?

I'm late to this party, but I think there's a basic disconnect. From my (potentially wrong) memory, the ones who seem to be losing faith in Miller (I'll call this the PapaG side :cheers:) are a completely different subset of people than those who were begging for a PG upgrade last year (I'll call this the BrianFromWA side). It's not like someone wanted Blake gone and a new PG, and now are turning on Miller.

LOL. I did this with some punks in my neighborhood in the 1980s. I told them I'd fight them but, you have 3 guys in your car and I'm alone, so you wait here and I'll run and get my brother and we'll see about this. The leader snickered sarcastically, "Oh yeah, you get your BROTHER!!" So I ran off fast, and didn't go back. For all I know, they're still waiting there.

Well, I actually am stoked about Miller's addition, at least in terms of what I think he brings to the court. At least I was until reading these comments to Yahoo. Now, I'm taking the "we'll see" side. This team hasn't had a player whine about PT since the bad days. I'm wondering how they will adapt to it.
