They were provoked. The CIA banked Maidan coup. Western nations vying for influence/control of the country by ousting a leader that was more friendly with Russia in exchange for one that would align with the west.

Again, you can say they weren't morally justified, but not that they weren't provoked. Why is the West meddling in their sphere of influence? We'd feel the same if the roles were reversed.

So, (even if true) none of that justifies Russia invading Ukraine.

All countries who are able engage in these kinds of geopolitics. Russia does it as well, including to the countries in our sphere of influence. So does China.

Only the ones that feel tough enough, which has mostly been the US over the past few decades, but now Russia and China are starting to feel the waning power of the US. The US should learn to recalibrate to a multi-polar world rather than trying to dominate everything.

Disagree. I think the US is correct to support Ukraine. I'm happy we are.

The idea of a Pacific Rim alliance or a NATO alliance is to gather more friendly nations togeether to protect peace.....NATO has never invaded a neighboring country in order to absorb it into their ranks. The UN seems pretty ineffective at holding nations accountable so NATO and the Pac Rim alliances are neceessary to maintain peace in their perspective regions. Russia and China can go fuck themselves as far as I'm concerned. Anyone who feels sorry for Xi or Putin is glaringly ignorant of who these assholes really are. Stand up to bullies on a global level and maybe we'll get past the need for wars altogether.

So, after Russia had already invaded and taken Crimea and had started building up their force to invade Kyiv (the build up of troops started months before this link you're sharing).

What you are describing were diplomatic moves in response to Russian aggression...

Bombing a children's hospital is the kind of thing you'd do if you were brainstorming a way to bring the worst possible public opinion down on yourself.

You don’t know that it’s a conspiracy theory though, it actually looks like pretty compelling evidence. I would think disproving it would be easy if it were so laughable.
Putin would benefit from this about as much as Assad benefited from “gassing his own people”. Or do we still believe that long ago debunked story here in the OT too?
 
I’m intrigued by the version of Putin that lives in your head, who is worried at all about public opinion and hoping those mean Ukrainians get caught bombing their own hospital. Does this version of Putin also feel sad about all those coincidental accidents his political enemies suffer?
 
I have Beast on ignor. I can see the pictures of the missiles he posted, before I sign in. But can not copy them into this post.

There are at least 6 mistakes made in the photo shop that prove his post is fake.

Easiest are the shadows. One missile has the shadows on top, the other below.

The tail fins have several mistakes. It is clear an extra fin was added to the bottom missile. Plus the shorter fin length proves it was a Russian cruise missile.

I can point out 3 more errors that prove his missile pick is fake.

The missile that hit the childrens hospital was a Russian cruise missile.

Are you saying the hospital wasn't bombed, the kids just simultaneously all fell out windows?

You mean they didn't bomb their own world class children's hospital that is among their greatest points of national pride and which has been advanced and improved by each government throughout all of their governmental turmoil and changing of hands, etc?

I mean... Why wouldn't they bomb that Hallmark of national hope and pride which also happens to be filled to the brim with their own sick and dying children?
