I don't care what's not in the story. There's no justification for a company that you pay for service to look up your job and contact your employer. None at all.

Due to where I'm living, Comcast is my only real choice right now. I hope to move next year, and when I do, I think I'll throw a fuck Comcast celebration. A shitty company that operates with sleaze being its modus operandi. Gross.
