They asked 1000 people from each of 148 countries, so different countries carried more weight percentage-wise.

Also, repeating an alarming pattern that Gallup has held to since the company's inception, they didn't poll MARIS61 (the happiest man in the world).

MARIS61's happiness > all the happy Latinos combined.
