How far out did you buy the tickets?
I don't really have a choice, going to a wedding of a friend where I will be a groomsmen. and unfortunately the time he picked is a time they have a couple conferences going on. But like I said, I'm getting a stay at the Luxor for pretty frickin cheap, so it all works out.
Mostly I just fly Spirit or Alaska when going to Vegas, but its like $10/person extra to go Virgin, and looking at pictures of the plain, it appears they are much nicer.
Virgin is a dope ass airline, especially for a 2 hour flight, its worth it. I flew spirit this weekend to chicago, i upgraded to their premium seat and it was fucking broken so i was in a middle seat for 4 hours. blah
Tickets are still decent. Flying out on a Sunday, flying back home on a Friday. It's $92 getting there on Alaska, $102 coming home on Alaska. But both have stops, one in Seattle, and one in Cali.If you fly Virgin let me know how you like it. I never mind spending a little more.
What do rates look a couple of days earlier than when you are planning on going? You could always fly in early and chill downtown.

The day before or after to stay at The D or Golden Nugget is like $120. I could have spent the same to stay at Luxor an extra night.
Yeah it's $99 on that site. Same with The D. Circus Circus is $89.Did you look at Hotels.com for Golden Nugget?
I used to take cheapo United connecting flight between Oakland and Las Vegas in college. God. What a cattle car. Talking to a drunk black jack dealer while scores of pasty face white people shouted "Get'er done! Get'er done! Get'er done!" I wonder how many of those people realize Larry's accent is faker than the drug war.

Yeah, I knew I was setting myself up for that one when I typed it out.Sly poker dog will give you the D for free.
Booked the tickets to fantasy through myvegas.
Have you seen love, zarkana, criss angel believe, or ka in Vegas @SlyPokerDog?
Thoughts on those shows?
I've heard that about criss angel too.We saw Zumanity last trip and loved it! Awesome show! Saw Love and it was really good. Haven't seen Zarkana. I think Criss Angel is a giant D bag.
I've heard that about criss angel too.
We saw jabbawockeez and Britney spears last time and both were actually pretty good. Enjoyed popvich comedy theatre a couple trips ago too.
My dad loved zumanity. I've heard absinthe is better but who knows.
My wife's dad loves the Beatles show.
Have you ever checked out the wax museum? My wife is set on checking that out this trip.
I think next trip we want to stay downtown. I never spend enough time down there
I actually asked my wife to marry me on a gondola at the Venetian.I want to see Absinthe next time, I heard it was really good.
Not a big wax museum person but you can get groupons to see it. Some also include lunch and a gondola ride at the Venetian.
I got married in Vegas.
