Certainly things can change in a hurry for NBA teams when they lose their best players, but Vegas certainly is the best at projecting how good teams are. If this list was from a fan or from the media, there would be plenty of "raised eyebrows" regarding the order. But this list seems pretty dead on. At least for now.
