Yes I know I'm not a Nets fan. But I know there's a lot of Vince fans, so here's an article about him if you haven't already read it:

By the way. I would like to say to NJN fans and Vince fans: please don't take the game this Friday seriously. The booing and stuff I mean. Many people are misunderstanding that we're booing the entire team and city but it is only vince. lol. still, our city is incredibly emotional sometimes and the fact is that theyre only booing him cause they miss him. no one wants to admit it though.

that vince video is like the best one ive ever seen. it brings back memories. i miss vince...y'all are lucky to have him.
 
Well, i Felt the same way when we lost Kenyon Martin to denver. I hated denver for that. Now that Vince is here NJN have some hope. he is really the best dunker and my favorite player. sorry we had to take him. Jason Kidd + Vince Carter = best teammates! Sorry man, VC is really the best. he is my all time favorite. He rules. once again.....sorry.

that video made drop in tears man. It's just hard to look back and see what vince used to be and what he's going through right now. I hope u post this clip on the raptors forum so they can at least memorise the good thing carter had done for the franchise and the city. So they wont boo him on friday. he deserves more than that

This will be probably the first game ever that I will route against the Raptors...

I want NJ to win because I want to see Vince Carter in the playoffs. It's been 3 years for him, and he's at the top of his game, it will be a great thing for me and many others to see him (with Kidd) lead the Nets team to the playoffs. Plus, a loss is good anyways for the Raps because it will put us in better posistion for a quality lottery pick in the draft. The only reason I would want the Raps to win this game is because I don't want Bosh to cry again...I feel sorry for the kid.

and yes the video was really emotional for me..plus the article = overdose of vc memories. the thing i love about the article is that he said he missed everything about toronto. that was so sad.

i cant wait to see fridays game vs raps in canada, and some fans booing and some cheering, but by the end of the game vc will embarrass raps by dropping 50 on em.

Or he could try to do just that, which would be in my opinion trying to do too muchwhich could lead to Vince's sometimes questionable shot selection. And the Nets cant win when Vince's shot selection is horrible, so a type of game like this where he might put personal in front of team can be harmful to the Nets playoff chances. I would like to see Vince be successful in Toronto, but while doing it within the scheme frame of the team. It would be much better for him and of course the Nets for him to score 20-25 in a win with good shot selection then scoring 45-50 points in a loss with him forcing alot of the action ,unnessarilly

being a VC fan, I agree to a certain extent...But I really dont thnk that he's one of the best things that happen to Canada...He's just one of the best things,if not the best thing that happened to Canadian Bball...
