Gotta give it to OKC's coach, he did a hell of a job in this series, his players knew exactly what the opposing players wanted to do at all times and were comfortable with their defensive gameplan.

Donovan was underrated and even ridiculed throughout the season by the media, but he is no clown.

If he were a clown, that'd be one scary lookin mfer!

Just an FYI - my favorite word for years has been "unscathed". It's a word you really only read in books but I've actually had occasion to use it a few times in my life and left the conversation feeling very full of myself.

At lunch, I walked over to the deli and saw this:

If you look closely at that gold Toyota in the middle, there remains one GSW car flag in the lot whereas these were rampant a week or so ago. Props to this guy for staying the course I guess!

I apologize to my Blazer brethren if I appear to be exulting in the Warriors' misery a little too much - but living here in the middle of them (especially in the last year+) has been, to borrow BlazerCaravan's word, truly insufferable.

Bay Area Fan Update:

You guys remember the guy in the gold Toyota SUV from yesterday? The ONLY guy left with a Warriors car flag? Well, when I left the office today (before game time), here is that same gold Toyota SUV . . . (so typical):
