First off let me say that I don't want to trade him, this is just to gauge his trade value.

What do you guys think we can get for him alone or if we include him along with RJ/Vince (for salary purposes)?

These are dangerous thoughts, GM3

but I would say Marcus, Sean, and Magloire could get us JO (plus filler to match salaries). But I still wouldn't do it, even though it would mean we'd get to keep our 3.

Get out of here. I wouldn't even consider including Sean Williams in the JO deal. He has really grown on me, so it would take a lot more than O'neal to make me want to trade him. He's having an amazing rookie season.

Btw Jigga, I know you're merely saying we can get JO with Williams, not actually wanting to include him. Right?

I think it would be horrible even if we could swap SWat for JO straight up.

thinking Bynum, if we give up Kidd. Biedrins, Monta Ellis to name a couple.

Oh man are you kidding?
I love Sean theres no way I want to give him up.

A regular spot in the starting rotation and 30+ minutes a game.

I don't know how bad it would be to give up Williams for a healthy O'Neal. I don't know if he's healthy though.

Sean Williams' value is pretty high, especially after his performance against the Kings yesterday with those eight blocks. Still, Sean Williams' biggest concern entering the draft was whether or not he could stay out of trouble. Since it's early in the season, it isn't clear whether this concern will continue in his NBA career. It's hard to say exactly what the Nets can acquire with Williams, but at the end of the day he's averaging 7/5 and 2 blocks (very impressive for only 20 minutes). Those are solid for a rookie, but let's not carried away and think a Williams for O'Neal swap straight up (if it were possible) won't be a good move for the Nets.

Sean Williams for Garnett, straight up.

For the price of their contracts, Sean Williams is a steal compared to JO. If every player was paid the exact same, yes a healthy JO would be more valuable than Sean Williams right now.

Sean Williams for Malik Rose. Just imagine, we'd have 2 Maliks!

If RJ and Sean can keep this up until the deadline I think we can get Pau Gasol, fuck I wish Vince's contract didn't expire last year.

It's weird and more complicated....somewhat. Took me a while to figure it out.

You're probably just used to the old layout, that's why. After a day or two you'll adjust. I personally like it.

Which one has the better trade value, Sean or Bynum?

if it's not a joke and it doesn't look like one, then I don't see a point of this trade. JO would definitely help a team in the run for the championship. but, let's ask ourselves: are the Nets a championship team even with JO? Kidd, Wright, Carter, O'Neal, Collins (Allen) - lol. my answer is obvious. so, what's the point of this trade?

If the Lakers wouldn't trade Andrew Bynum for one of the greatest point gaurds ever who is close to averaging a triple double, why would we trade someone with the potental of Sean Williams that brings something that we have been lacking for years for someone who isn't even close to being one of the top power forwards ever?

Why would you want Jermaine O'Neal? Better yet, at the expense of RJ & Sean, who is showing some serious potential.

He has chronic knee issues, can't lead a team, and is soft.

Minus the chronic knee issues, we already have a player to fit that description.

Yes homo. I am gay for Sean Williams. I love him homosexual and how does that make you feel? When the season is over we're moving up by David_Ortiz and we're getting a civil union; do you want to be our maid of honor?

I'd rather be chauffeur.
