you compared the nba to soccer. your a mod but you keep attacking me:confused::confused::confused:
I asked you a question, you said no, and I provided evidence to the contrary. Where's the attack?

Me and JE just exchanged PM's but I want him to answer the question I asked on this thread.

Please answer ONLY: Yes or No...nothing else

When KG wants to be intimidating he usually does his intimidating on smaller players.

Yes or No?

Yes or No?
No.

Transport this particular Celtics edition back the 80s. That's where they fit in, with that culture. Not this one.

I don't know JE, you could pretty much mug a guy and not get called for a foul and you could throw a punch and only get a $50 fine. Frankly, I don't think the current version of the Celtics is young enough or fast enough to hang with "Showtime" and they're not smart enough to hang with the 80s Celtics. The 80s Celtics weren't as physically talented as their Laker counterparts but they had veteran players with incredibly high basketball IQ. They worked like a machine, just never made mistakes. As for the Pistons of the 80s, I have never seen a team as physical or full of bullies as the late 80s Pistons before or since that time. Trust me, KG would not be taunting Laimbeer(sp?), Thomas, Johnson, or Dumars... those guys were flat out thugs. It was just a completely different game.

You think Davin Stern wants altercations? Is that why he suspends players who leave the bench during altercations?

Word twisting FTW

After the joke in Detroit a few years back, the last thing David Stern wants is fighting. Did you not see the look of concern on his face in the Zaza/KG video?

Unfortunately, the Detroit thing contributed in a big way to this soccer mentality. Back in the day, there would be a brawl, the two teams would develop a rivalry, and make for really compelling matchups. No problem.

Its ironic -- Ben Wallace and Ron Artest indirectly pussified the NBA, when you think about it.

Just saying. If you're talking about people not leaving, look at yourself, not me. This is a Blazers forum. Why would I leave?

You keep seeking me out. One would figured, if you get owned enough times, you'll stop picking fights with that particular person.

I don't see the point in it, from your perspective.

I'm sure you do think that. Doesn't surprise me. I don't expect someone like you who is in denial to admit they're wrong.

Good one.

LOL UR N DENILE!

JE...Your signature obviously states that I/we are right and you are wrong

And my point sails completely over your head.

0-1. You get two more tries.

No I perfectly understood you...You are saying KG does his stuff to bigger players also, just nobody in the world has bothered to put those confrontations on youtube....uh huh...right

There are still hard fouls. Atlanta vs Boston last year is a good example. I never said hard fouls were a bad thing. Unnecessary elbow throwing after play has been whistled dead is what makes KG look bad. Crawling like a dog doesn't help either. That shit is just uncalled for.

What is this, Halo? You owned me? And no, this is just you being in your own little world.

And yes you are in denial.

KG does things to everybody, and it easily goes unnoticed. Just because a big stink isn't made of it doesn't mean that it didn't happen.

Crawling like a dog is harmless and anyone who takes offense to it needs to get their priorities straightened out.

You wanna know one person who didn't give a shit about it? Jerryd Bayless.

You wonder why you're like a mosquito to me...

Find me ONE video where him and another player his size are face to face about to go at it and KG DOESNT back down.

One...any. If you are right then there would be evidence on the internet somewhere

edit: and if you do find that, I will gladly show you MANY videos of him against smaller players pulling his crap

Crawling like a dog just makes him look stupid, that's all.

I'm sure Bayless thought he looked ridiculous like everyone did.

I don't really, but you are just another Boston fan to me, that's for sure.

LOL that's a nice approach... if its not on youtube, it didn't happen.

Boston wasn't a good road team last year

Not true. Boston was far and away the best road team in the league last season and no one was close. They were 31-10 on the road. Lakers/Magic were second best at 27-14. The Celtics struggled on the road in the playoffs but they were still the best team on the road by far that season.

I don't think you quite get it.

So you are telling me that NOBODY ANYWHERE bothered to post a video of what you contend KG is like with guys his size. EVERY confrontation can be found on video somewhere. Just by chance KG is the only player where only videos of him intimidating smaller players are on the net?...please

You are just trying to avoid my challenge

Boston may lose tonight. Crazy. I don't know who to root for. I want Houston to win but I'm kind of enjoying Boston's monumental collapse.

Wafer just hit a go ahead three in Boston. Maybe we should've kept that guy.

Wow. Boston just lost again. To the Rockets without McGrady or Battier. That's 2-6 since their 19 game win streak. The Christmas Day loss clearly killed their confidence.

You want me to post a video of KG intimidating someone. Number one, it happens very frequently, and number two, its rarely notable. Its rare that anything comes of it. So I doubt there's many videos out there, if any.

Christmas Day isn't the problem. The following losses to Golden State and the Blazers are more responsible for this IMO.
