I'm thinking OKC, although they're weak in rebounding and he certainly wouldn't help. But they have cap room to slot him in and a plethora of picks to give for him (probably one FR and maybe a couple of seconds would do it). And they can just take Zach Edey with their one pick this year to get one of the very few rookies who could actually crack their rotation and help with rebounding.
But a lot of teams are suddenly disappointed and looking for one piece to push them over the line, and his defense and outside shooting has to be tempting, if not his salary.
