I also don't forget that last year in the playoffs he turned in what might of been the worst post season batting performance in the history of the game. 3-40 in the two series and overall in his career a .222 hitter in the post season.

I have no more or less problem understanding cano than anyone else with a heavy accent. I actually commend him for doing his own interviews instead if this interpreter nonsense some others do. Not cano has been in the US and hasn't bothered to learn to understand or speak English. Further going on to say even more that if you were in another place you guar-en-tee you would be fluent. Cano is fluent. He both speaks and understands English. It was an awful point by you and the very last thing people should care about in regards to his leadership ability. Have you read anything I've written about Cano in this and some of the other treads? If not do so as it's clear that's clearly not the reason.

So why bring it up at all? It has Zero to do with if cano should be signed or not. Less than zero.

I love these spats between lovers, now I am waiting for the "Jane you ignorant slut" argument. lol.. With that said, Cano has amazing raw ability, may write his name with crayons, but has shown no leadership skills and along with Melky, forced a trade like 2 school boys in second grade being split up and assigned new desks. We almost are left with no choice but to sign him but not with a no-trade clause. That should become industry standard for Yankees. Then by signing, we can get a boatload for a signed player and even pay some of his salary to offset the lack of AAA major league ready prospects come next deadline.
