Sheed to P-Town!

The trade I was the most excited about at the time it happened was when we traded Kevin Duckworth for Harvey Grant. I remember spending the whole summer listening to the radio waiting for a trade to happen. Then while I was at summer camp my dad sent me the article about the trade. Man, I was so excited. The idea that we were getting a go to guy for Kevin Duckworth blew my mind.
Ooh, you just beat me to it. I then remember tracking Grant's scoring in pre-season and getting steadily more and more alarmed. Ahh, it'll pick up once the season starts, I tried to tell myself. Then the season started with a loss to the Clippers...
Pippen. That was the most cool thing I ever seen for the Blazers.
I'd say that THIS trade was one of Portland's best:
August 1, 1990: Traded by the Sacramento Kings to the Portland Trail Blazers for Byron Irvin, a 1991 1st round draft pick (Pete Chilcutt) and a 1992 2nd round draft pick (Brett Roberts).
Any guesses?
Played with Portland in the 1992 NBA Championship Series versus the Bulls.
Scored 9 points in an NBA Finals "overtime period" versus the Bulls!

Danny was awesome in overtime of Game 2. He had a sweet back door pass as well!I'd say that THIS trade was one of Portland's best:
