Just received this text this morning from my best friend, @BLAZER PROPHET. Sad, actually.

How are things in Nashville? Most of downtown Portland is shuttered up buildings with graffiti on them. Well over half the business are gone. Only a handful of restaurants remain. Antifa roams the streets at might and the mayor has a strict hands off policy with them. No matter what the crime, aside from murder, it's catch & release only. I can drive downtown at noon on a week day and not see 15 people.

Oh, and a follow up text, to boot...

Here ya go. Just read a crowd of 150 Antifa roamed thru the Pearl district last might smashing business windows, cars, graffiti.... and police were hands off for hours before asking them to disperse- which they were ready to do anyway.
 
I was downtown on Friday afternoon. Saw way more than 15 people walking about.
Fewer than normal? Of course! Theres a pandemic, and most in Portland are taking it seriously. So it makes sense that many businesses are currently closed. And with so many working from home, there's bound to be less people in general.

Sad I didn't stay until the evening to see the roaming antifa.:biglaugh:

Thoughts and prayers for your friend BLAZER PROPHET, hoping he can win the harsh game for survival that living in Portland has clearly become. He may have to infiltrate one of the roving gangs of Antifa, pretending to be one of them, in order to remain alive in such a desolate post-apocalyptic wasteland. Sad to say (and you may want to keep this to yourself, so as not to stress him out), cannibalism can't be too far off.

Keep us updated on what's happening there, especially the other Portlanders.

Hate to break it to you but either he's lying or he sent that text months ago.

I drive through town on a regular basis, at noon, and throughout the rest of the day. In fact, I was off of Burnside just Friday from about 1:30-4.

He is full of shit.
