Wrong. I was just reading a story the other day about how two gang members in Portland murdered the lesbian girlfriend of one of the exes. Nobody, including the girlfriend, would testify against them because they were terrified of the gang. The police had to force her to testify. They couldn't even charge the guys with full murder charges. They were just happy to get whatever they could against them.

Explain to me how that's not terrorizing others.
Coming up with one specific instance to paint all of gang violence is silly. That also flies in the face of how one should realistically assess any crime. As I expressed before, most often gang violence is person to person crime and is not anything close to being something that can be labeled terrorism. Stop reaching...
Now, if gang members do a drive by on a funeral of another gang member that's something that can probably be labeled as terrorism. It seems like you are simply trying to find a reason to call black people terrorist.
