Yeah, that's extremely silly. "If white separatists had their way, they'd discriminate on racial lines so much as to completely wipe out racial discrimination!"

I mean, you can make a similar argument about genocide. Once the genocide is done, racial discrimination would be impossible because the minority would be gone. (And no, I'm not saying separatism is as bad as genocide, I'm just saying it's an incredibly dumb argument to claim that being so racially discriminatory that you want to rid yourself of a minority is tantamount to no racial discrimination.)

Lots of people in the world want to be clanish with their own cultural ethnic group, it doesn't make them "Nazis" or deserving of being attacked.

It makes them bigots. It doesn't necessarily make them deserving of physical attacks, that much is true.
