Yet another crummy game where our "starting point guard" only garners 2 assists. Sure, people point to his 52 points, but come on man, 2 ASSISTS! 2 ASSISTS!

Do you feel like your question was answered tonight?I'm right here. Great game by Miller. Very surprising, but great game.

Jason Kidd had more assists by himself than our entire team did, yet we somehow still won. Amazing.
Not the first game he was the main reason we won. He's probably won us 4-5 games on his own, that has to be worth something. I can't think of any other player on the roster outside of Roy that has single-handedly won us more games.Nope. It was only 1 game after all.
good grief... I think I can speak for most of the board when I sayNope. It was only 1 game after all.

To go along with the 11 where he averaged 18/8 before his little 2 - 3 game slump?
For the month of January (15 games) he averaged 18.8 PTS, 6.7 AST, 4 REB and shot exactly 0.500 from the field. When was the last time we had a PG come close to matching those numbers? In fact, it's very rare for a Blazer PG to average ONE of those things for a month, let alone all four.

So he had a decent January statistically. BFD. I don't care for his game. I hope he plays well for the rest of the season, but I'm not counting on it.
Dang! Mixum, is that you?
For the OP - Miller provided the perfect answer last night [deleted]

All the winning? Really? Has the guy ever won a playoff series? He may have, but I don't recall it. Miller can't keep his man in front of him and he turns it over too much for my taste. The fact of the matter is that he was playing poorly before January. He played great last night, but I don't think it's a coincidence that his opponents were primarily the ancient Jason Kidd, and the midget otherwise known as J.J. Barrea.
