It will, but you should throw calf raised in there. if you have one of these machines at your gym, get on it.

That looks familiar. I'll give it a couple of sets.

Do you guys sometimes give yourself a week break or is it bad to break the routine?
oh yeah, I just took a week off. I got a little sick and was feeling like my body needed a break anyway. Just went back the other day and felt great.
Sounds good. I'm going to take off today and tomorrow, my wrist was starting to hurt. BITCHES WUDDUP!
highly recommend making one of these for forearms...add plates as your forarms gets stronger.

Dude, that can not possibly work.
what do you mean?

Oh, my, god. I had the most epic gym session yesterday after taking a two day break. Didn't realize I would come back to fresh.
I'm meeting some girl today for a gym session with her. Anyone have any gym-related tips when working out with someone you want to get with? I feel like I'll want to do a couple of work-outs she would have no interest in, how would I do a couple of sets without just dipping out? I feel like it's going to be mad awkward.

Pic related.
I would recommend not going to the gym with a girl. You're not properly focused, you're trying to show off, and you might get hurt. If it were me, I would do the same exact workout I'm scheduled to do whether she was there or not. Probably not the answer you were looking for, but just my thoughts.

Good thread, even the comments by Mick (except the pissing match with BGF).
Was having a hard time finding the motivation to go to the gym and started taking Co Q10. Now, I would probably rather be at the gym than at the Rose Garden. Following the 1g per pound method with drinking a couple of whey protein shakes a day. Getting my protein takes up most of my appetite, so eating healthy for the last few calories of my diet is not a challenge.
Giving up dairy has helped considerably. Finding that I can still get the nutrients I need without feeling full.

Looked in to CoQ10 after I saw your post about it. Went and got a bottle a few weeks ago. Took about a week to get it in my system. Last few days I've really noticed it; Looking forward to see if energy levels continue to get better.
Where do I get this? Lately I haven't had any energy to workout.
Get some pre-workout stuff. They have all different kinds out there.
Do you use or have you used this CoQ10 stuff? Or could you recommend something specific?
I'd just like to add that I haven't had the energy cause apparently I have seasonal depression.. I think most people aren't as happy in the winter months as the summer but I guess it's pretty bad for me. I literally have a hard time getting myself to do anything.

It's a lack of vitamin D. Get on Vitamin D3. Make sure you're getting 2000mg a day. Helps with seasonal depression.
