How much wood would a CJ chuck of a CJ could chuck wood?

Even in my current state I could overthrow you.

- K Towns (Y) 18.3 ppg, 10.4 rpg, 1.7 bpg

Sure as fuck are. Tempted for Leonard and no to Drummond?

Tempted on Paul George. He was the next one in. :)

How far down does your (Y) list go?
All the way down with some N's based on need and attitude mixed in. Example, James Harden. If he shaved that hideous beard off and promised to play defense it would be a no brainer. I need both, not just the beard being shaved though so it is probably a no.

I voted no but not because I wouldn't trade CJ for the #2 pick in this years draft, I would in a second I just wouldn't trade CJ to the Lakers because Fuck the Lakers.

Going by stats is not a good indication, so yes, you are a homer

Only players on that list I wouldn't trade CJ for is Monroe, Okafor, Whiteside, Lowry and Kanter.

And this is from someone that loves CJ.

- S Curry (Y) 30.1 ppg, 6.7 apg, 5.4 rpg, 2.1 spg
- K Durant (Y) 28.2 ppg, 5.0 apg, 8.2 rpg
- K Towns (Y) 18.3 ppg, 10.4 rpg, 1.7 bpg
- A Davis (Y) 24.3 ppg, 10.3 rpg, 2.0 bpg
- P George (Y) 23.1 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 4.1 apg, 1.9 spg
- D Green (Y) 14.0 ppg, 9.5 rpg, 7.4 apg
- K Leonard (Y) 21.2 ppg, 2.6 apg, 6.8 rpg, 1.8 spg
- G Antetokounmpo (Y) 16.9 ppg, 7.7 rpg, 4.3 apg, 1.2 spg, 1.4 bpg
- D Cousins (Y) 26.9 ppg, 11.5 rpg, 3.3 apg
- R Westbrook (Y) 23.5 ppg, 10.4 apg, 7.8 rpg
- K Thompson (Y) 22.1 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 2.1 apg
- B Griffin (Y) 21.4 ppg, 8.4 rpg, 4.9 apg
- K Irving (Y) 19.6 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 4.7 apg, 1.1 spg

- A Drummond (N mostly because of FTs but in package probably) 16.2 ppg, 14.8 rpg, 1.4 bpg, 1.5 spg
- J Valanciunas (N) 12.8 ppg, 9.1 rpg, 1.3 bpg
- H Whiteside (N) 14.2 ppg, 11.8 rpg, 3.7 bpg, -2.0 apg
- J Okafor (N not alone but in package maybe) 17.5 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 1.2 apg, 1.2 bpg
- G Monroe (N) 15.3 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 2.3 apg
- E Kanter (N) 12.7 ppg, 8.1 rpg, 0.4 bpg
- J Harden (N because of D and general assholeness) 29.0 ppg, 7.5 apg, 6.1 apg, 7.5 flops per game
- K Lowry (N) 21.2 ppg, 6.4 apg, 4.7 rpg, 2.1 spg

I find it odd that you apparently equate Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green in terms of player desirability. That's a bit like equating Lillard and Aminu. Green is a solid player, Leonard is one of the top-five players in the league.

For me, on a scale of NRP (not remotely possible), Y, N

- S Curry (NRP) 30.1 ppg, 6.7 apg, 5.4 rpg, 2.1 spg

Draymond Green not Danny Green.

Draymond Green not Danny Green.

Ha. Huge fail on my part. Thanks. I guess the two names next to each other put Spurs on my brain. Sorry, 42N8Bounce.

Went back and edited my list to account for that.

There are not enough Jimmy Butlers on this list.

No, keep CJ and Dame together. Though if I was PHI CJ would be one of the higher targets on my radar, and I'd give up a lot to get him. Imagine an influx of CJ, Simmons, and 55M or so worth of FA? You'd likely be able to keep 2 of Embiid, Noel, Okafor and Saric,

CJ/Hollis Thompson/Simmons/Okafor/Dwight Howard with Landry, Stauskas off the bench (and 30M or so to spare in FA) would be significantly decent in the East.

We probably wouldn't be the best fit for trade, as the MIA or OKC 1sts this year, plus (say) Noel, Saric and Covington wouldn't be as appealing to us as CJ and Vonleh or Plumlee. That's probably the bones of what they'd have to come up with. I still would say no, but it becomes interesting at that point.

I think Philly, Chicago, Memphis, New Orleans, Brooklyn, and Houston are all going to blow it up and start from scratch...perfect time to nab a Marc Gasol or Brook Lopez type player.

I forgot all about Brook. He would work well with this team and a bit younger than the others.

Hmmm. Go after Brook and Williams( Trusting Bones Jones here)?
Push Plums to the bench with AMinu?

I think Plums will be a trading chip if we get a starting center as an FA. Ed Davis is a keeper and seems okay off the bench, but I don't know if Plums will be okay to come off the bench.

Good point and id be fine with that. Davis is a solid backup overall.

So what your saying is trade Plums back to Brooklyn for Brook? ;) I LIKE it!

Seriously, I wonder what it would take at this point and whether they would even want Plums back. Maybe a three team trade for someone who can use Plums?
