^^^uhhh, Warren began the year as a starter...started about a dozen games and did very well and had an ERA of 3.59...he should have never been removed from the starter's role to begin with.

...learn the game..

Since things got messed up with that extra inning double header with Toronto. Couldn't of they have used one of their minor league guys to make a start instead of doing this?

...Mess, that would have made WAY too much sense.

don't need to learn it, i played it.... again, what does cashman have to do with how he performs?

...no you didn't...and your trollish ways are really not worth wasting any more of my time and bandwidth on.

Bye Bye Birdie!!! On que from when I said todat the he needed to get going.

HA!...Odorizzi went to the well once too often with Bird...you go Boy!

That was an impressive AB from Bird. Something like ten or eleven pitches until he got his pitch and killed it.

we are all adults on here and we should all act as one.... where did i read this?

This might be the worse stadium in MLB history.

...I'm hoping he does not let the YS right field sirens get in his ear and become too homer happy...I've seen him go to the opposite field and I think he can be a good all around hitter...(.300+ BA with some pop...800+ OPS or so)

...never been to the Trop...but everyone I know who has, hates it.

Come on Jacoby this is a big spot for you to get out of this funk. Can knock out the starter this inning.

don't know if i agree with that call, have lead, middle of game, don't even know if that was called from dugout

2 hits.................with a 3-2 lead. Playing dangerously.

I don't know if I would've bunted Ellsbury in that spot. I know he's in a horrid slump but the ninth place hitter was just walked. I'd take the Earl Weaver approach and not hand him a free out.

A little credit to Ellsbury for trying to contribute. Shame we got nothing out of it.

It's going to be a long week, leading up to the Mets, then Jays on Friday, but this team should be able to hand the Mets a loss, hopefully 2 of 3.....

as for the Jays, I don't know what to say, other than break out the buckshot......!

Someone should inform Jaso that dread-locks on a white guy looks ridiculous.

...I agree...It may have been Earl who said "If you bunt and are playing for one run, that will likely be all you get". (paraphrasing)

In most cases I would agree but with the way Ellsbury has been slumping, sacrificing the runners over beats the hell out of a weak pop up or worse yet a possible DP.

...I dunno, kinda hard to double up Ells or Gardner....Ellsbury isn't going to break out of his funk by bunting...just my 2 cents.

...he'll come around...he's too good of a player.

Just buy a ticket & pick your own seat in that stadium.
