Who else do the crosstown Rivals have other than Cohen calling their games..???

BTW.....this year is Cohen’s 30th year as Mets’ broadcaster.
On TV analysts are Keith Hernandez & Ron Darling

On radio 3 announcers: Howie Rose, Josh Lewis( used do Texas Rangers’ broadcasts),
pre & post game shows with Wayne Randazzo.

I am surprised Maldonado's Hometown parents are not wearing Guy Fawkes masks. Maldonado trying to take two on an effort less throw from Judge trying to stretch out a double...

Hernandez and darling would be major upgrades from Cone & rukookoo...

Heaney has slammed the door on these Yankees, giving up just 4 hits.
Seve is doing all he can to keep up pitch for pitch. Looks like pens will decide this game......
unless Yankees can take lead now (bottom of 7th).

Honestly what's the difference between Darling and Hernandez calling Yanks games, or Steiner leaving the Yanks and going to work 4 the enemy??? I will put my umbrella up for any shit storm to follow, ....

The major differences darling and Hernandez played for the enemy Steiner didn't

Of course; just saying the obvious. Honestly not much different than how I felt when Steiner came to LA. But....
I hear you. A little note about Steiner......he and John Sterling were sharing play by play in the Yankee
radio booth........it always sounded that each was correcting the other. I do not think they liked each other.

and the japahneee bambino can't hit the inside high heat, or low and away breaking stuff on the borderlines...

Here comes the Criminal.

Fred "Crime-Dog" McGriff was the O.G. , lol...:biglaugh:
Just to think He got away from the Yanks because no first baseman in the farm system was going anywhere with Donnie baseball at first. All they got for Crime Dog McGriff was Tom Dodd & Dale Murray, Say WHO~!!~

I appreciate that input thank you I had no clue. Sounds like two jockeys wrestling for position; a sure recipe for disaster; correcting each other .
Steiner sounds pretty good calling bums games (tho' I Rarely if ever listen or watch either of the local fks), not the real True Blue...

Joe Torre was legendary in the Halo's booth 85-90. Vin Scully also even tho it would take 2-3 decades to warmup 2, as much as I've disdained the Bums. NTM Scully put me off with those Farmer John commercials which drove me insane... "bacon ham and wieners" give me a break

Would nevernever pull for t/Bums vs t/Yanx not IF Jesus Christ (Koufax) were on the mound, unheard of!!!

Tho' guys like Koufax, Drysdale, Bob Welch and Hershiser made the cost of admission worthwhile. Torre and Donnie baseballs managing of the team made the bums half-ass worth watching when nothing else was on including soap opera reruns. Wrong Blue...!!!

^^^^^just to show how quickly things can turn in a ballgame. Tonight the
Cleveland Indians had thwarted Houston Astros for 7 innings behind Kluber
by a 2-0 score. Houston got into Indians bullpen and put the screws to their
pen, scoring so far 11 runs in the 8th & 9th innings. Scary.
