NOTE: In his last 3 starts Nova is 3-0 with a 2.65 ERA. He needs to come up big today.

...if there's any consolation, the Yanx have had a lot of success vs Price recently.
 
Yep, they whacked Price around pretty good when he was a Tiger. Yankees need to improve on that 2-5 record.
 
Hope the price is not right! And we get to see a super nova!
 
The individual BAs in the lineup as a group aren't looking so feeble lately and they have as good or better tandem of productive HR/OPS guys as most teams in the league
and three dangerous HR hitters (with McCann) esp at Yankee Stadium.
They're sending out a SP With a 3.10 ERA......
Not too shabby- let's win one today.

And this player➡Chris Young has been a great addition as a backup outfielder for a team who has two LH hitting outfielders.
Almost the perfect type to have when the Yanks want to give one of their LH outfielders the day off vs a LH SP.
His numbers vs LH pitching:
.358 BA, .418 OBP, .670 SLG%. 1.088 OPS

A pretty nice "deal" made by Cashman for 2.5 mil (?) si? no?:tiphat:

...glad they sat Drew...and sitting Gardner in lieu of Young though neither have had much success vs Price.
 
I recall the year Toronto's Homer Dome first opened. When the CF Hotel was not yet open for business, and approx, 90% complete, (at least the beds and blinds were in place; when the TV Camera's caught a Couple doing the Horizontal Mambo, in the Hotel, with the blinds wide open.

The Camera got the shot clean, then pulled out, and execs were apologizing left and right, from both the Jays Org, and MLB's Camera Crew............
 
The Yankee offense has gone from tearing it up to completely inept. Certainly the wrong time for this.
 
Make that lead now only 2 1/2 games. Talk about an offense completely shutting down.
 
Congratulations Nova, you are the next pitcher in the failure to go past five innings marathon you stupid son of a bitch.
 
With the bats sleeping you can forget about this one. Nova ruins his day with a terrible hanging curve.

...Young now 1-11 vs Price...but nobody else is hitting him either...he's on his A-game today.
 
Before this series began, I felt it would be up to the starters
for the team to win this series. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

In fact, we may be looking at getting swept at home.
Yeah, timing sucks.
 
In the last 4 games the Yankees have scored only 4 runs with a batting average of 188 & 0-12 with RISP. Just pathetic.
 
this was one helluva Pitcher's duel until Nova loaded the bases, and gave up the Grand Salami to Smoak.......

The Yanx have shown time and time again, they can recover and come back from deficits....break out the lumber, let the FAA make a No-fly zone over the Bronx, for the rest of the game.....
 
This is why I was upset that the Yankees stood pat while teams like Toronto loaded up. Toronto is now on an absolute tear.
 
WTF is with, those freebie handout- Drug Store Cowboy Hats look utterly, fkn ridiculous in YS.....

The Largest Populated city in the USA, doesn't even have a Country and Western Station, as L.A. (2nd largest) doesn't either. So WTF is with the Drug Store Cowboy Hats, .........?

This is something you should see in Dallas, Phoenix, Houston, KC, Denver (maybe),
